Pros: Great location — very safe and can walk to many stores, kroger, restaurants, etc. Lowest price in this area for sure Gated parking Quiet — rarely hear neighbors(can hear some walking and alarm clock every morning above us but it’s faint) Luis the maintenance guy is awesome Cons: Very small — but the floor plan does make the most use of the space and there are decent storage areas Very dark — one window in the main living area lets no light in. It could be bright and sunny outside but looks like a cave inside. No amenities — no pool or gym or anything Bathroom was gross — I am a little OCD I admit and I like things to be clean, but the bathroom is impossible to keep clean. The water and pipes here are terrible — it leaves a thick orange layer on everything(rust?) and the water from the pipes smell TERRIBLE. I spent as little time as possible in the bathroom, taking speed showers just so I wouldn’t gag from the smell and the water stains. So gross! Office staff — terrible communication and can be rude. They don’t answer their phone and never return emails, messages or phone calls. Not reliable at all. Move out — could not get any info from them on move out. We had the place professionally cleaned and had all the proper forms filled out ahead of time. They charged us for extra days because they took a long time to process the paperwork. That should not have come out of our pocket but it did. They also said we’d have our deposit and last billing within 30 days of the end of he lease but it took way over a month(and a complaint filed to the BBB) to get anything from them — and then it was made out to the wrong person so our bank wouldn’t take it and we had to get another check cut, which took several more weeks of phone calls trying to get ahold of the office staff who will never answer or return calls(and Jennifer was very rude about it even though it was their fault). Really after all the hassle in the end I don’t think it was worth it — there are other places around with more space, nicer apartments, and better staff for just a little bit more. Worth it IMO.

Definitely one of the better places I have lived. The location was great and the price was great. There is a serious lack of apartments in the area that aren’t either total 50-year-old crapholes with window A/C units or expensive-as-hell monstrosities. In fact, this was the only place I could find that was both in my price range and not a craphole. The units are perfectly nice as long as you aren’t someone who needs bamboo flooring and subzero appliances in their apartment. My only real complaint was that the floorplan is a little weird. In the 1/1, the bedroom and living room are pretty much the exact same dimensions, which means the living room is a little cramped and then you have a bunch of excess space in the bedroom.
