Our community has been managed by PCMI for over 5 years. Once understanding the ins and outs of HOA management we realized that this company does a great job. Our homeowners may not always like the answers they get as they are handed out based on the rules or the board’s direction not the management company. More people need to understand this in general. PCMI helped me understand they know how to do their job!

I would give 0 stars if I could. We had PCMI’s Austin office as our property management company for years. The staff is inept, unqualified and they do not communicate with the residents. It is like pulling teeth to get an email response, a gate remote fixed or a key fob to work. They keep passing the buck and saying that it isn’t their fault and they never do anything to fix the problem. Do not recommend this company to manage a community of 1 or 1,000.

I have to agree with the first review written by Nicole. I honestly wish I could give them a zero star as well from the bottom of my heart. My fiancé’s subdivision just switched to this new management company since last October. Whoever picked PCMI was a complete moron. Sadly speaking, the HOA board is full of morons. Anyway, I just yelled at someone over the phone named Barbara 2 days ago regarding to an issue which she should have done 2 months ago!!! She doesn’t have a brain and she is one airhead bimbo who needs to get a new job. I am so surprised that she is still working there as of today. She deserves to get yelled at. I know so much crap about this company and it is time to tell the world. First, they overcharge the annual HOA fee by a couple hundred bucks. Everyone is aware of that and none of the homeowners are excited. To my big surprise, I just found out that someone in the subdivision has a private pool. Since the HOA fee covers water, all the homeowners have to pay more. Now why is it fair for the rest of the residents to pay more for the water usage of that pool? Again it isn’t a community pool. PCMI should have known better and if they truly care about doing the right thing managing communities putting their customers in the first place, they will adjust the HOA fee accordingly. Second, homeowners aren’t allowed to park outside their own home on their own driveway. If they do, it is a violation. They go by the by-laws. There are plenty of homeowners who aren’t happy with that. If you want to park outside your garage, you must pay a couple thousand bucks for an outside permanent parking space. Not everyone has this kind of money. I believe it is an annual fee. Super ridiculous! When my fiancé bought this home back in 2010, he didn’t know any better. If he knew things are turning out like this, he wouldn’t have bought the place. Seriously speaking. Third, they keep hiring people who are overpriced and incompetent. I don’t see anything special with the yard work for the common area. It isn’t like they put in some super expensive plants/flowers. The trash people don’t do a great job when dumping the trash. From time to time, I see trash flying all over the subdivision. Plus there are pieces of glass shattered all over the community entrance and exit. I have to call them up over and over making sure that they will remove the pieces of glass ASAP as they can ruin tires and there are people/pets walking around. If you have a choice, please stay the heck away from PCMI. All they care about is your wallet and treat you like trash.
