I can see why this place has one star.
We ordered a cheese pizza and was told it would take 35 – 40 minutes. They took my number, and never called back. We stopped by an hour later, and they had made the pizza. They opened it so we could check it, and it was a pepperoni. Hence another 15 minute wait began.
The employees were rude and inconsiderate as well. Will not be coming back.

This is the worst Pizza Hut in the city. I ordered pizza from them at the time of order I was told it would take one hour to deliver it as they were busy. After an hour I called the location and the calls were not even going threw so I had to select new order which lead me to the national line service. They also could not connect me to this location. After 2 hours the pizza delivery guy shows up with cold pizza and wanted money for the pizza. I hope everyone on Unilocal supports me in boycotting this location.

Went in @ 2 15 but left @ 3 00 enough said. It looked dried and my order was wrong. Hate thin crust ordered pan but they gave me fried nearly burned up pizza

I know I shouldn’t expect much from a large pizza chain, but this specific store is especially bad. I ordered a pizza online at 7:45 p.m., receiving a confirmation email that guessed my pizza would be delivered around 8:15 p.m. After not hearing from anyone for an hour, I called the store in which they confirmed they received my order but wouldn’t give me any further details like when I could expect it. They finally delivered my pizza at 9:30 p.m., almost two hours from the time I ordered it. I’ll have to give it to them, the pizza was hot but was extremely soggy with grease.
I don’t plan on ever ordering from this particular store ever again. There are far too many other choices available in Houston.

Yo. Do the garbage men work here? Because this place is trash. I was literally just on hold for 10 min. From 10:15pm to 10:25pm. Pizza hut? More like pizza butt! I dknt even think there is a word to describe how I’m feeling. It’s like hey pizza Hut I wanna get some pizza and desert then some garbage woman picks up «Pizza Hut can you please hold» *cliiick* back on hold. 10 min later and I’m done. How many roaches do you guys put in your sauce?

This isn’t the first time and probably will be the last time I order from them. I order pizza at 9:00 pm and its 10:35 pm, still haven’t received my pizza. It will probably be cold when it gets here and this is despicable. Get your stuff together Pizza Hut!!!

Sometimes you get lucky and sometimes you don’t. I’ve order delivery and there are times where they come in about 25 min. There was also a time where they «called and I apparently didn’t pick up» and so they just went back without notifying me as I waited for 3 hours. Went there myself to grab the pizza and they gave me 5% discount. The wings are disgustingly soggy and the Alfredo pasta is a lactose intolerant person’s worst nightmare. Pizza is alright.

Holy balls. This place is awful… We ordered a pizza at 7:10. We got a confirmation that it would be delivered at 10:15. A) are you kidding me? So I call to ensure there is no miscommunication about the delivery time and am told that «all deliveries have been cancelled. There are not enough delivery drivers and we have let the one driver leave early.» So, we order from another place. Out of CURIOSITY another person at the house calls to ask about the order. «Yes, that is correct.» The oder will be delivered at 10:15!!! Oh, good, we didn’t want dinner or anything. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!

Pizza was delivered COLDER than luke warm about 1 ½ hours after ordered online. Never brought my drink that was included with my order or the 4 ranch dressings I paid extra for. Driver was sneezing and coughing all over the place so i was almost afraid to eat my food. NOT AT ALL IMPRESSED and will probably never order from them again.
