Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered pizza with light sauce, an hr later i get my pizza WITH EXTRA SAUCE!!! I call so they can correct my order and they tell me a manager will call back shortly to correct the mistake… 30 minutes goes by… an hour goes by. … i call back speak with a different person & they say a manager will be notified & call me asap. NEVER RECEIVE A CALL. Now i have a cold pile of sauce with a little cheese & pepperoni mixed in. The bread sticks & cinnamon sticks had been all over each other & tasted disgusting. Pizza Hut was my favorite spot but now i WILL NEVER EVER EVER EVER return as a customer. AND I STILL HAVEN’T RECEIVED THAT CALL FROM THE MANAGER TO CORRECT MY ORDER. GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR, PEOPLE! !!! STOP LETTING THEM SCREW THE CUSTOMER OVER

When I arrived at the Pizza Hut I was greeted professionally. I placed order over the phone with ease and pick up was just the same. Good fresh n hot. and tasted great. Nice pizza place in that area.

I teach dance and work with kids, so more often than not I find myself at this Pizza Hut location picking up pizzas for hungry dancers! I always order online, and it doesn’t matter if I order one pizza, or ten, they are ALWAYS ready within 10 – 15 minutes. I order, I drive there, and the pizza is ready, no drama. The food is great too, the girls never complain!
