Pier 1 Imports

Not just this store but Pier1’s quality, management and customer service has gone way down. I noticed a few years ago that it seems they changed manufactures to the products they offer and that was the beginning of their demise.
The sales girls provide great customer service as always; that has never changed.
Just sadly disappointed that after over 10 years of being an extremely loyal customer, management doesn’t take that into consideration for their veteran clients by listen to their needs.
Sadly, this will be my last time coming to any Pier1 Imports even though I’m obsessed with their candles.

I always enjoy looking around at Pier 1 but the fact that most of their stuff goes on sale in a short period of time makes me hesitant on buying regular price.

Like the tons of people that printed out the $ 10 off coupon, I came here to get some goodies. I regularly shop at Pier 1 whenever a birthday or holiday comes up to get a gift card or some cute cookware. What I like about this Pier 1 is that it’s massive compared to the one down on 1960. I still don’t understand why there are two stores within 5 minutes of each other. I’m sure they’ll combine one day. What I enjoy about this store is the organization and clearance selection. The clearance items are usually spread along the edges of the store. That means you have to shop around.
They tend to have sales every month, so I usually wait for that item until it comes on sale. Pier 1 has everything you need to decorate, organize, or spruce up your home or backyard. Prices are pretty fair and the employees are really nice. They will offer to help you find what you are looking for either by searching other stores or finding something similar to your needs. They also have some cute kid’s items which would come in handy for stocking stuffers.
I’d suggest you «like» them on facebook as they have daily deals and tips. They also have some sort of deal for checking in on Fridays at noon.
