Pier 1 Imports

I love all the merchandise that they carry. They have the cutest décor you can get for your house. They have every type of style. If you want something for the holidays, something sleek/​modern, something cute. you can find it all here. I come here from time to time and I like to browse and look at everything they have before I decide on what style I like. Other than that, I wouldn’t come here at all! the employees here are snobby and they act like I’m just not good enough to shop here. Excuse you! It really takes away from all the fine things that they have because what’s the point of wanting to buy something if you’re going to be looked a certain way or treated rudely?
This is the closest location to my house, but I’ll drive farther in order to get better service. They need to work on their customer service because this is just a no no. What a shame.

I have the BEST experiences at this store! The people that work here ALWAYS ask to hold my things, offer their opinion, and help carry things to my car without being asked. I told one girl I was going to make quite a few large purchases and she immediately offered me a discount. The last time I went in I was on the hunt for some barstools. The manager called 3 different stores (I needed 3, they only had two) and became frustrated when the other stores were less than helpful locating the chair. Nevertheless, three different employees took to the phones and internet to track down this third barstool for me. They were amazing! This is the ONLY Peir 1 I plan on ever going to!

I did a mystery shop at this location and loved it. I’ve never been to a Pier 1 Imports, but I do love everything about it, now. Great prices, clean location, easy to find things, and helpful staff.
