The phở here is amazing good. Broth was flavorful and had lots of meat. I was a little disappointed there wasn’t cilantro. I came during the week at lunch so it was super busy. Didn’t take too long to get a seat though. Would definitely go back but when it’s not so busy.

Good phở served here! The only things that might need a little fixing would be the server(s) or lack there of. Maybe I come in at the wrong time, but I usually see servers running back and forth. I have been here several times & the phở is pretty good. I did ask once if they served dry phở, server said they didn’t serve it. The lady across the way was having dry phở.(Hmmm) maybe there is another way of saying it, but dry phở sounds pretty close to what I wanted. Anyway, I still would recommend this place if you’re in the Willowbrook area.

Take it from another Vietnamese who thinks this place is overrated. My family lives down the street from here and we used to come here every other weekend. We’ve seen this place at its best and at its worst. They used to have good food and reasonable prices, but now it’s subpar and the prices have gone up dramatically. One of my classmates who used to work there said the waiters don’t actually get to keep the tip. I don’t know if this has changed since then. But I don’t want to support a business that only puts 3 waiters on the floor at their most busy times and not even let them keep the tip.

Horrible service, foods are not good with a lot of MSG taste in your mouth. Would never come back again.

This is my favorite phở spot! Reasonable pricing too! $ 7.99 for a large chicken phở. Fast, friendly service. It does get really busy at lunch but that speaks volumes for the food, right? I am already looking forward to my next trip here!

I came with my family and each and every one of them finished their food. I ordered a small beef phở which was filling, aroma was delicate, and overall amazing. I have to say that their service is extremely fast and prompt! My family and I received all our food within 15 minutes of ordering. Everything you need is already on the table(napkins, soup spoons, other silverware, chopsticks, and all the good sauces) so we didn’t have to grab our waiter’s attention at all during our experience. Great place and will definitely be visiting often!

If you know real Viet food don’t go here because you’ll be disappointed in mostly everything but the phở and egg rolls. The fried chicken and rice is also good.

Phở An 2 is one of my go to lunch spots and the food is so on point that it rates 5 stars… unfortunately, their service is horrible which warrant a star being knocked off and really to be honest probably two stars should be knocked off. I can only speak at lunch, but they are always packed. They seem so disorganized but they are friendly the food is delicious. Listen to this special. I get the number 32 for $ 10 which includes spring roll, egg roll, pork and rice, and a small phở bowl and a drink. It really is the best special in town and so tasty. I just wish they could get a little bit more organized. I have never seen a manager on the floor which is what they need someone managing the floor.

Average Vietnamese food. Ordered the beef vermicelli and the meat was half fat, half meat.

In town visiting family and decided to test out the phở in h-town, and this place was recommended by family. The phở here’s legit. The broth is very rich and the meat is just right. Service is surprisingly good for a vietnamese restaurant. This place is as good as my favorite spot in la. I will come back next time I’m in town.

Good is Delish! Very yummy. However the service is horrible! Our young waitress kinda tossed down our menus. We have talked to her twice since. Bus boy delivered our food and took additional order for us. Cashier girl took my to go prefer after I went to the counter. Between texting she placed my order. Our original waitress walks around on her phone. Not too busy. Maybe their social life is more important. Won’t be back

Great food and good service! It’s a hole in the wall and its run like a mom and pop shop but the food is good and the staff is accommodating!

We come here quite frequently. Usually after church Sundays and sometimes in between. Their phở ruined me for others. Don’t know if I’ve really acquired their broth but at other phở shops, it’s just not the same. Never really have a prob with their service even though it’s not five star service. I lied, there was one guy that was just lazy but he’s hasn’t been seen in ages. But other than that, they’ve been fast and friendly.

Caught out in a rain storm and happened to pop in to get out of the rain. What a pleasant experience it turned out to be. Service was excellent and I had the House Special(Rare Tenderloin Phở) DELICIOUS! I will definitely be back, and when done with my lunch the rain had stopped and the sun was shining.

This place was great– lots of stuff on the menu I can’t read though — fortunately I had a server that could explain it– but I saw other servers just saying things like«yeah chicken… Yeah spicy» — I’d be more adventurous if I could actually read the menu. Other than that the food is amazing.

First time was great. Service was short and to the point. Spring Rolls were great. The Peanut Sauce was some of the best I’ve had in Houston. I ordered the Chicken Phở — hot, fresh, and perfectly flavored. I added chili sauce to it to kick it up a bit. Lunch is super busy so get there early.

Lunch is served quickly. The grilled beef and shrimp #23 is great. If you like spicy noodle soup, #16 is the one u need to order

I’ve been here twice already and both times I was not impressed by the food one bit. So plain and nothing had flavor to it. I order com thit nuong(rice with bbq pork) the first time and the meat was so dry and the nuoc mam(fish sauce) had no flavor at all. Not even sure if it had mam in it, I could barely finish my meal without giving that pissed off shit face. Only reason why I came the second time was because captain toms was packed and didn’t want to wait outside in the cold so the mister decided to go eat here which I was not happy one bit. It was pretty busy but not a long wait for our table. I sat down and they immediately ask what I wanted to eat. Like wow chill out! I just barely sat down and not even seen the menu yet can you at least get my drinks first. Not one but four people came up and ask what we wanted to order and still not even five mins passed by and I was already irritated. So I order a lemonade which was super watered down, I had to ask for lime. I got the bun ga nuong with cha gio and tau hu ky which was a big mistake because it came out with a piece of hair in it. The mister told me to just take it out and eat it which I wanted to throw the bowl in his face after he said that. Geez let me put hair in your food and watch you eat it see how that taste. I was super mad already and just wanted to leave. I wonder if they wear hair nets in the back because it seems like they weren’t when preparing my food. Never again will I come here to eat or drink anything and I don’t see how anyone can say the food is good here. I think instant noodle would be way better then eat anything here. I’ve tasted way better phở in a package then the one here that my bf had. (Btw my hair is long thin dark reddish, not short black hair so definitely not mine)

Nestled in a strip center along State Hwy 249 across from Willowbrook Mall, this places serves some mean Phở soup. YUMMM We LOVE their White Chicken Phở Soup here. Delicious! I’ve tried other Phở soups here but we like the white chicken Phở the best. Comes with Mint leaves, Sprouts, Lime and Jalapenos. The Vietnamese Spring Rolls are also pretty darned good. They also give you all of the spicy sauces(Hoisin, Siracha, etc) at your table. Service can sometimes be a bit slow but the food more than makes up for it.
