The RNs and office staff are very friendly. Equipment is out of date, I have larger arms and the blood pressure cup barely fit, they did not have any adjustable sleeves so instead put it over my write and attempted to hold it in place, giving me a high than normal BP read. Dr. Solis is nice in general but does cut you off and slightly rushes through his portion of the appointment. Did not really listen much. I don’t know where all the great reviews are coming from because I have definitely had better OBGYNs. They do tend to cater more to a Hispanic geographic so maybe if you are of that origin, you will have better service and review.

Mediocre medical care and terrible administrative service. In addition, they try to nickel and dime you — To go over any results, including for a routine pap smear, they require you to make an additional appointment and will charge you for that appointment. So it’s basically any one visit for the price of two.

I am not sure where are the good reviews come from. I found the staff and the doctor very lack luster in their customer service. No one asked how I was doing or why I just moved here etc. The doctor wanted to change all my previous doctors recommendations without discussing any other options. I was also disappointed that to get any testing of any kind I would have to go somewhere else. Will not go back nor recommend this doctor.
