Ask me to wait 5 minutes for a refill, not a problem 3 people arrive after me servicing those 3,4 person come in this man at the counter who ask me to wait 5 minutes ask me who’s next, really, really. If you stop watching TV and pay attention you probably wouldn’t have lost a customer

This has to be by far my worst experience at a nail salon. I came here bc it had decent reviews ok Unilocal for the area I was in… I should of driven to my regular spot but lesson has been learned
So my manicurist couldn’t properly communicate with me which I didn’t mind but it became a hassle trying to explain how to get my cuticles cut, ect. I chose a light pink color for a shellac manicure and she did 3 coats but the end result was of very poor quality. Some parts of my nails were darker than others and within a week it started coming off. Shellac is supposed to stay on for 2 weeks. Well that wasn’t the worst part…
While I was getting my shellac manicure, I had to ENDURE the constant bickering between the manager and a customer. It was sooo annoying that I just wanted to get out of there as fast as possible. The manager kept arguing with the customer on how he wanted to get out of there early and he didn’t have time to give her a pedicure… they argued about the price of the nails… they argued about how he was going to take the fake nails off her hands… they argued about what shape the new nails should be… UGHH!!! It was very unprofessional and completely ruined my experience there. I would never return to this place.

I’ve gone to plenty of places and this is the best! I lived in Scottsdale, AZ for a year and would fly back once a month to get my nails and feet done.
Alon, Selena, Mama and Vicky are the only ones I trust. Alon is not afraid to get down and scrub! They all make recommendations and laugh with you.

Amazing!!! I’m so impressed. It was busy for Valentine’s Day weekend but they got to me quick and the pedicure was impeccable. Vincent was great! The buffet of fruit and egg rolls for the Valentine’s Day weekend was a classy touch! I will return. Not a 5 due to wine shortages but hey it was a busy day. I’m sure they won’t disappoint next time.

Not a horrible place, but I’ve been to better. They’re reasonably priced compared to most. They have nice décor and it’s a pretty big place. However I went to get my eyebrows waxed and the lady was very harsh unlike many nail salons I’ve been to before. I thought this could be my new place since it’s close to home, but I guess not. Well for waxing at least. I haven’t gotten my nails done here so I can’t say whether or not they do a good job.

Went in this morning for a manicure/​pedicure. They got me right in and out. My manicure took a little longer than I would have liked but he was very gentle paid attention to detail. He told me he wants to be sure I relax and enjoy my manicure. I am very satisfied with both my nails and toes. Prices were affordable and the facility was very clean. I will be back again.

Poor customer service and management. I highly suggest you go to another nail salon. Also, their hours are not as posted. They close and open at their leisure. This has happened to me several times after work; being turned away because they decide to close early. You never know what time they’ll decide to close. Don’t waste your time coming by after 5pm, although, they say they’re open until 7pm. This has happened far too many times at this location.

I’ve been back since my first review, and the customer service has changed dramatically! I’m in and out in no time.

I read the reviews and thought I’d give it a try because I recently moved to the area. It’s a very nice peaceful environment. Everything is very clean. I felt comfortable. Wasn’t rushed at all and the lady was very nice and did a good job on my pedicure. Will be returning!

Horrible! I went to get a full set and a week later my nails started coming off! My friend went and she likes to get designs and the nail tech had an attitude about doing that! They rush and don’t take their time! I don’t recommend this place!!!

This place is great! Love it here! Always prefect, thin, square, and never lifts! Dee/​Luke for nails and Cut for toes! They do everything here! Seen them do matte finish on other customers, look awesome! But I’m more simple and traditional. Worth the extra drive from 290/​beltway.

I used to go to Casual Nails but sadly they seem to have closed. Paradise stepped in and fortunately didn’t miss a beat. Friendly and professional service. I’m a man that enjoys the pampering and hygiene that come with a good manicure and pedicure and they have reasonably priced offerings for men right on the menu. No complaints here.

These ladies are nice and professional, plus they offer wine! The décor isn’t tacky and the most expensive package is 50 $ for a pedicure. The owner and her has been a really nice. With my package and my refill with a color change on hands and feet it was $ 102
