Paper Retriever Recycling Bin

This respectful neighborhood and the convenient location are the biggest assets for this unmanned recycling bin.
I discovered this location when I was returning a book at Collier Library. It was sitting in the corner, not bothering anyone. Paper Retriever is doing a wonderful job helping the environment. Then, I thought, let me help its effort by giving them a presence on the map.
Paper Retriever has hundreds of bins across the city of Houston. This particular one always has closed lids, which preventing them from becoming dumpsters.
