Papa John’s Pizza

Pizza arrived within 30 mins and was still hot. I ordered 2 garlic butters and received 5. A breath of fresh air. I ordered from the local Pizza Hut and it took 90 mins to be delivered and I received a cold pizza and undercooked wings, which took another 90 min to remake and deliver. I ordered dominos this week and received cold pizza after 1.5 hours. I spoke with a manager who said that was impossible and that a remake wouldn’t arrive for three hours. Of the closest pizza chains who deliver, papa johns has been the best. Plus their promo codes saved me 40%. Very happy considering the experiences I’ve had with the others.

Ordered from this location multiple times, always fair delivery time and the pizzas are usually great quality, keep doing what your doing guys! Thanks for the fast and positive customer service!

Pizza took over an hour and a half to be delivered and arrived lukewarm. Not at all happy with the service.

I would not recommend ordering from this location (or maybe even the company as a whole) if you don’t like getting violently ill. My husband and I have been sick for a week after eating the pepperoni pizza, the first few days consisting of not even being able to keep fluids down. I’m so thankful my 2 year old wasn’t interested in eating it that night because I’m sure at best we would’ve had to get him emergency care. All we were offered for our trouble was a $ 25 credit to the next order– yeah, that’s useless as we’re never eating here again. Husband contacted the health department, hopefully that’ll make some kind of difference because the company didn’t seem keen to do anything. Either way, I urge you to think of your own health and safety before eating here. There are better pizza places that won’t put you at risk.

Decent pizza, slow delivery (warm pizza about half the time, in fairness), and they *ALWAYS* forget something I ordered. Managers always try to rectify mistakes at this location, so I’ll give them 3 fair stars.

Ordered pizza and wings from this location last night.
Pizza was fresh and hot and wings were tasty.
Delivery person was also friendly and did not take long. I gave the incorrect door number (on accident) and he was still very courteous.

I think these guys are great. I always order from this location and have never had an issue. I love the half off specials when my texans/​rockets/​astros win.
Its a shame people only review when they have a bad experience. The kid at the register ran out into the parking lot to give me a pizza i forgot. Thanks!

Ordered a pizza online, come to pick it up and everyone is standing hanging out until we walk through the door. Come to find out that they were ‘remaking’ our pizza when in fact we saw them just start as soon as we walked through the door. All the employees scattered and acted busy when it was obvious they had been doing nothing. Almost an hour later we’re still waiting for our pizza. How disappointing Papa Johns…

Ordered on-​line pizza for our son’s 17^th birthday. Pre-​ordered earlier in the day for a 6:30 delivery. It arrived at 7:05 and showed a cook time of 5:50! It was cold and waxy. He ate it because he was so hungry. No garlic sauce included. Called the store and they stated it was standard for an hour between cook time and delivery. Not the delivery driver’s fault, because it didn’t leave the store until 6:50, after I called to make sure they filled the order. Definitely not $ 30 worth of food. Very disappointed because it was after football practice, he was starving and was the birthday dinner he requested. :(

We ordered a small pizza and the delivery took about 20 – 30 minutes. The small pizza with mushroom, italian sausage, and green bell pepppers was pretty good. The pizza wasn’t too greasy. It came with a jalepeno pepper and garlic sauce. The small size was perfect for a snack for 2 people!
