Papa John’s Pizza

I had a great experience at this location. The cashier Corey was very professional.

We’ve given them 3 chances, and we are done. They are absurdly late every single time. This is valentines weekend, and all I wanted was a heart shaped pizza before our movie date. Fast forward an hour and a half, and our order hasn’t even left the facility. Never again.

This is one scamming place! Do not order it from here. Bad service throughout the whole store employees and the manager. He’s rude and a liar. We still have money in our gift card balance. At first they told us we still have money in there which I already know that but 5 mins later the employee calling us back and say there were zero balance in there. And tell us we have to pay for the whole amount and asked us for our credit card which I know they’re lying from the tone of their voice. So I told them that’s not right you guys just told us we have balance left and I know we do as well. So why are you telling me now that we don’t have any. I ended up have to call the customer service and finds out they did charged us from our gift card balance but they’re still lying saying they did not. So We did filed a complaint to the corporate office so we are waiting for our refund. Please order from another place. This place should be closed since they cannot running business like this. It is not right. They always seems to charge us with the sauce and then come with lame excuse ’ oh I forgot’. Which we forgive them many times but this will be our last time ordering it from here.

Service was fast and efficient… 20 min wait on a carry out order. Decent carry out deals. Lobby was clean and it was well maintained…

Chose pickup because of the other reviews. Pizza was ready on time, it was delicious and just the way I ordered it. The staff was friendly and the place was spotless which was always a plus. Felt the need to rate it just so they get a review they deserve from me.

I want to preface this with Papa John’s is my favorite pizza. This location on the other hand has to be the worst. I’ve been ordering from here for 10 yrs unfortunately because it’s the closest to my house. Every single time I order extra sauces and almost every single time they forget to include. Meaning after having to wait close to an hour every time I now have to wait for the driver to come back with the sauces I paid for. The most recent time being just now. Once the driver actually refunded me what I paid for the sauces because it was very late and he didn’t have time to go back to the store.
So as I sit here typing this, I’m waiting for the driver to come back while my pizza gets cold…

Ordered online and they took an hour total to deliver 3 lg pizzas. Around the 45^th min we called and ended being on hold for 10 min to get hung up on. Thanks a lot for the cold pizza! (According to them it’s because it’s cold outside)

Live 2 miles away and waited over 1.5 hrs. for delivery. I called 3 times and was told it was on its way. Finally asked for money back and won’t ever order from this location again… total incompetence and lack of regard for the customer.

I do like Papa John’s Pizza, but this location is the worse. The pizza their made is horrible compare to all other location, and the customer service is horrible. I order here a few time and my order always show up almost an hour later. Their always put too much BBQ in my pizza. I love Papajohn pizza and feel very suck when this is the only store can delivery pizza to my door. Their customer service is very bad too, seem like they have too many customer because they are the only one in this area, and their phones are always busy.

I’m torn when it comes to this location. I usually have an estimated delivery time of 40 mins, which is whatevs but more than once it’s take a whole hour to deliver my pizza, crazy! Also, the delivery guys have a hard time finding my apartment, not sure why. Having said that, every pizza I’ve ever ordered from this location has been really, really good. Maybe it’s just time to switch to carryout.

Pizza… I mean everyone loves great pizza!

Spent 2 hrs trying to order online, but kept getting a server error. Called to place an order, but was put on lengthy hold, twice. On my 3^rd call, I mentioned my ordeal & the guy gave me the number to customer service & seemed put out that I wanted to place the order with him. He was very rude throughout the phone call & didn’t want to offer me the online deal, despite having spent 2 hrs trying to order online. He adjusted the price, but when the pizzas were delivered, the price was incorrect AGAIN. The thin one was so overcooked that it isn’t edible. The delivery driver was delightful, though. Tried to provide feedback online, but, as you might have guessed, there was no submit button. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Going back to being a Pizza Hut customer. Called customer service & was told I’d hear from the mgr w/​in 2 days, but I never did.

Might be good pizza from this chain, but this particular location is terrible. We’ve had many issues with this location in the past, but tonight was the icing on the cake. Made an online order — it said ready in 30 – 40 min — 1 hour 10 min later, I call to check on it, and am told they’ve cancelled my order because they decided they won’t deliver to my neighborhood past 9pm anymore. Wow. Thanks for letting me know. Really appreciate that.

This location does not even deserve one star, ordered over the phone for one large cheese and large the works and they guy who took the order said if would be ready after 20 min. Guess what after 20 min, no pizza’s and the guy who i talked to said my order did not go thru… WOW! No wonder this location has a poor review, note to papa johns mngt. put someone who can actually take down orders and understand and communicate well… YOU WILL BE LOSING MORE CUSTOMERS! WILL NOT EVER BE ORDERING FROM PAPA JOHNS!

When living in the area I ordered delivery from here at least 100 times or more. When you are too lazy (or drunk) to make something yourself or drive somewhere decent, this will suffice. My favorite was the thin crust Chicken Alfredo, Spinach and Tomato. And I would add breakfast bacon to top it off. Just make sure to tell them (or when ordering online you have to select) that you want the parm cheese and crushed red pepper packets or they won’t bring them. You have to tell them every time.
While their commercials do say «Better Pizza, Better Ingredients», and while it is better than Dominos, I still suspect it’s just Sysco food.
Delivery was fast most of the time yet they do charge like $ 1 or something for delivery, added before the tip.
Get creative and make your own pizza at home. You can make one better than this and cheaper, and it’s fun.
