Papa John’s Pizza

Ordered a pizza this evening and the sauce tasted sweet. Almost like spaghetti sauce. Whats going on? Have the standards dropped? Its not the same anymore.
The delivery driver didnt have change for a 20.00
Guess he got a tip plus some.
Wont order from again. Things have to change.

Just ordered extra large double cheese with my reward points and found that the cheese was 3″ from the edge of the crust! POOR QUALITY !!! Don’t order from them. I still paid $ 9 by the time the pizza delivery guy left with deliver fee, tax and tip. This has happened more than once! I have had it!

For what it matter still shitty. Ordered today for lunch. That was 2.5 hours ago still waiting for it. Do not understand how a business manages to stay in business this way. I don’t know if these locations are corporate owned or what but someone needs to snap some ass into gear. Service SUCKS!!!

Every time I order delivery the food is LATE. I always get an email stating that the food will b delivered 30 – 40 mins following my order, but that never happens. I ordered online and after and hour I called and asked where the food was. The guy was rude and said online was updated and the delivery is now 45−60mins. Cool it’s now 75 mins and still no delivery. Not to mention the food is cold upon arrival. I should slap my boyfriend for ordering from here today. DONT ORDER FROM HERE. As time passes by the food still isn’t here and they don’t even apologize or offer credit or discount. This location sucks they need better staff who aren’t lazy slobs

First time I had to wait two hours for pizza delivery. I don’t understand when I ordered the same pizzas many times over to the same house yet they couldn’t find it this time. They reordered for me, yet it’s been another hour already. Must be new management or something. We need a new franchise in our area! Ridiculous.

I ordered 2 pizzas online Tuesday night. After a 55 minute wait I called and was told the pizzas would be there in 2 or 3 minutes. Twenty minutes later, they finally arrived, cold. My son took one bit and said it was gross. At 8:15, after waiting an hour and fifteen minutes for a pizza delivery that had been promised in 30 – 40 minutes I still had to make dinner. And I called to complain and was told it was late because of traffic. I told them I could drive to their store in less than 5 minutes and there was no traffic. Then they said there was another delivery before mine. And then traffic again. They promised it wouldn’t happen again. I agreed, as I won’t be ordering from them again. Almost $ 30 for two cold, congealed pizzas. Ridiculous!

Called in for delivery yesterday. Needed pizza for lunch meeting. My order was waiting to be delivered at 11:15 PM. Thanks God I called to check. Lunch is delayed but at least not cancelled.

When I called the store for delivery Autumn Ramey answered. She was extremely rude and did not know how to take a simple order over the phone. She asked me my address 20 times and what I wanted about 30 times. Why does papa John’s have ppl like her working its a disgraced. She needs to go to middle school and relearn everything. Ppl like her are hurting food restaurants on a major level. Get her out asap.

If you like to order pizza and never even receive it, this is your place! This has happened not once, but twice now. Never ordering from them again. Unbelievable.

Pretty all-​around unimpressed with this Papa John’s. Called in to place an order in at 11:00 a.m. and they told me to call back in an hour instead. If your business hours say you open at 10:30, why not go ahead and open up at 10:30?
The pizza was standard Papa John’s Pizza.

I called in an order at 8:41pm. They said it would be 45 minutes, which I respectfully agreed to. At 9:43pm I called back to see if my pizza had been delivered yet, they said a driver was on his way. I called back again at 9:58 because the driver had not arrived yet. Finally at 10:17 he delivered the pizza at a lukewarm temp. I’m never ordering from this papa johns again. The manager on duty was rude and disrespectful when I called to inquire about the pizza.

Under new management, and the food and service is 100% better!!! So glad I gave it another try… Inside is even so much cleaner and smells better… I am not afraid of eating here anymore…

The last time I went here I was very happy with the service and the pizza was hot and fresh! I asked for an extra garlic butter and they said no problem! Pick up is the way to go.

We’ve ordered carryout and delivery several times from this location and have never had an issue. We order online which is so easy, your info is saved so it doesn’t take long at all. On Wednesdays during basketball season they offer 50% off large pizzas. They have the best garlic butter! Our pizza is always delivered on time and hot. We’ve ordered from the Domino’s close by and the pizza was warm at best and not very good. This has turned into our go to pizza place now.

Ordered and paid for two extra garlic sauces and extra peppers, but did not receive them. I called them 40 min ago, and they said they would send some back. Still waiting…
Pizza is not that great. Wished I had more sauce to make it better. Next time don’t charge me for something and then forget to put it in the box (every time). You don’t forget to put my pizza in the box same concept.

Worst pizza store. I ordered two pizzas online for delivery and waited about 75 minutes for it to be delivered. After 75 mins I called them to find out about my order and was told by the store clerk that the delivery driver came to my apartment complex and tried to contact me and went back as there was no response. The clerk even told me that she herself tried calling me twice and there was no answer from me which was a big lie. No one came to deliver the pizza and no one called me. These people were lying.
I guess very unethical and unprofessional people are working in this particular store.

I was happy with the online order process and the delivery time was reasonable for a Sunday. Everyone liked the pizza I ordered. I would order from here again.
We ordered the spinach Alfredo and the large cheese with extra cheese and three cheese blend. Spicy wings were good and nothing was left but bones in a box. We got the chocolate chip cookie pie and it was good.

I was actually really happy with this location. I’ve had several issues with another Papa Johns that delivers to my house and I didn’t have any issues with my delivery from this one. Seriously, avoid the highway 6 one at all costs!!! They arrived within the estimated time frame and the delivery guy had no issues finding my apartment and I thought he was very pleasant. Will order from here again!

wow… could this place suck anymore? It’s Friday, I didn’t want to cook so we decided to order pizza. My husband wanted Papa Johns. This location is closest to my house so despite the reviews of horrible customer service, I ordered my pizza here. Rosemary took my order and stated it would be ready in 15 min. When I arrived to pick up our order, surprisingly, she didn’t have an order for us. I looked at my call log and asked what their phone number was? She told me and it was the exact number I had just called roughly 15 minutes prior and she was the same person that had «taken my order» I would never order anything from here, ever! I will go out of my way when we order pizza next time. Save yourself time and go somewhere else!

If at all possible, I would suggest going to a different papajohns.
It seems like most every time I order here (delivery or carry-​out) there is something wrong with my order, or the quality of the food is worse than other papajohns I have been to. The employees at this location do not seem to care about your order, they do not seem friendly when you come in. I really do not like coming here, and after so many incorrect orders, if I really want papajohns I will go to a different location.
This is Houston — there are a ton of restaurants around and a ton of pizza locations — I would highly suggest going somewhere else to avoid potential frustration.
I give them 2 stars because I have been places that are worse, but I lean highly towards just leaving them with a single star because I have been so frustrated.
