Normally Papa Johns is very good, but this location and the one off Champions/Louetta have a habit of not giving you what you paid for. 2⁄3 times I visited this location, I ordered extra cheese and toppings, and receive a pizza with barely any cheese on it. To the point where it is like eating a crispy cracker with a pepperoni on top. Some bites didn’t even have cheese on them! Just bread with some sauce. I understand they are busy and have numerous orders, but don’t charge customers for«extras» and then fail to provide them. I like Papa Johns but I don’t think I’ll be visiting these locations anymore. Too many times of paying for goods that I never received :(

This place is a pretty standard Papa John’s, it has good takeout or delivery pizza, and for me they’ve always delivered on time. I had one instance where they delivered an incomplete order, but it was fixed within fifteen minutes. Is it awesome pizza? No, but for chain delivery it’s pretty darn good, and always better than their national competitors. Their E-mail coupons/specials are usually pretty useful, and you can earn free pizza by ordering online.

The delivery situation at this store is broken, it does not work. Do not expect to get your food. My husband had to go pick up our cold pizza. Charged us for items that were not given to us. Poor customer service. Owners and corporate should wake up! Photo shows that there was ONE pepper in my pizza box but had paid for two orders. Not again!

I ordered from this location because it is literally 5 min away, the employee tells me my pizza should arrive in an hour. uhm ok. And an hour later I received no pizza! I call and the lady tells me I did not give them my apt # and when they called they gt no answer. When she read back my cell # the last digit was wrong. So she put my # in incorrectly, then told me they voided my order. Oh & she offered to put my order in again & charge me for it –_-. I just said forget it I’ll just get food from somewhere else because it was almost 11 o’clock and I’m not waiting another hour for a pizza that they may not deliver. It’s disappointing bc I really love there Hawaiian specialty pizza. Note to mgt: when taking down an address ask before hand if there is an apartment # and make sure the customers info is entered correctly!

This is a horrible pizza company they mistreat and cuss their employees and ignore their customers. They bitch all the time about money and time. Their pizza is like eating cardboard with a picture of toppings on top of it. They spend more money on advertising and public image than they do food quaulty, employee training, and we’ll being. I have had many pizzas from them. I will never order from these creeps ever again. Dough management is a farce. The dough sits out in the open. The food dates are not managed properly. The employees are rarely genuine. The managers cuss their subordinates constantly. it takes an hour to get a pizza to my door when they are 5 minutes away. When I do get the pizza, it’s cold and limp. I have complained to corporate many times getting promised a local manager would contact me. That would never happen. If you want pizza, order from Pizza Hut.

Most annoying pizza ordering experience I’ve ever had. I was stuck away from home so ordered pizza to be delivered to my house for my daughter. When I got home an hour later, no pizza. I called and was advised the pizza was ready and waiting for me to pick it up. Well, I didn’t really want a pizza that had been sitting under a heat lamp for 45 minutes. I’m assumed maybe I had, in fact, accidentally placed the order for carry out. However, after looking back at the app, I confirmed that I did order for delivery. When I called back, I had to hang up after being placed on hold for over 20 minutes. I called again and«only» held for about 12 minutes before actually talking to someone. She again said my order was ready and advised I could come pick it up. I tried to explain that I had a screenshot proving that the order was placed for delivery and because the error was on their end, I wanted a fresh pizza delivered to me. I’m was advised that they could re-order my food and deliver it but, they would have to run my credit card again. I said no thank you! I’ll try taking it up with corporate. It really shouldn’t be that hard to correct their own mistake.

The level of customer service at this location and Papa John’s as a whole is atrocious! I’ve been told nothing but lies and NOONE from this location or corporate has even tried to resolve a fairly simple complaint. My wife and I order pizza and wings for delivery. The pizza was made correctly but the driver brought us the wrong flavor of wings. I called back and was put in touch with the manager. The manager promised me that the correct wings would arrive in less than an hour. An hour later, guess what? No wings! I call back again and was assured that our wings were on the way. Mind you it’s 9:45 pm by this point and we’re almost off to bed after waiting almost 2 hrs on wings. I finally just gave up and knew that the manager lied to me. I fire off an email to Papa John’s corporate office stating my displeasure with the local store. I get nothing! No one called, texted, emailed, sent a smoke signal, NOTHING! I take my battle with them to social media. I tweet Papa Johns support on Twitter. They told me someone should be contacting me soon. You guessed it… no one called! I blast them again on Twitter. They assure me that they’ve contacted the local owner and manager and I should hear from them. Again, NOTHING! All it would have taken was them to just send me one little measley pack of wings and I would have been happy. However, they would rather ignore me and hope I go away. Well, I will because I will never buy from this location or Papa Johns ever again!

Only because I had to leave a star. I’m beyond upset about this location! The manager is argumentative, and is horrible in the customer service area. I ordered a pizza and it came to me wrong! When I called back up, the man told me that I was wrong! He said it was repeated back to me and I «never» said that it was incorrect. So first of all, I’m not feeling well, that’s why I ordered pizza. To say the least, I DONOTFEELLIKETHISCRAP. If indeed, I didn’t correct him when it was repeated to me in a damn rush, I as the customer, should not feel like I am a bad person for calling to get it re-ordered. Ugh! Customer service is DEAD. The rain for my review comes after many issues with this location, and after plenty enough chances given to them since. #RIDICULOUS #ARROGANCE Does not belong in a managerial position.
