The food is cold and they don’t give you much food and they’re mean and they had trash all over the tables

What can you expect from a chain restaurant? The honey sesame chicken was pretty good. It would have been nice if they used jasmine rice or something just to give the food a nice oomph, the rice was just dry. The puff pastry that has cheese in it was okay but the sweet and sour sauce was great. The only thing I really liked was that they let me sample a few of their entrée items and I’m glad I did because I chose the honey sesame chicken. I also tried the walnut shrimp I got it for variety sake but IFYOUWANTHONEYWALNUTSHRIMP… go to Star Wok at the shops at stone park. It’s next to tutti fruiti!

For whatever it’s worth… I have given(make that, tried to give) this location my business several times in the past and finally gave up. Twice I went there and they were out of the honey walnut shrimp and told me they would not be making anymore even though it was not even 8pm yet, and twice on other occasions they were out of the flavored tea and again, I was told that they were not making any more. The last straw was when I tried to order the hot and sour soup and I was told that they no longer had it at this location. I have visited other Panda Express locations in several states and not one of them had the attitude that this locations people have towards serving the public. One location in Colorado went so far as to make me the honey walnut shrimp that they were out of even though it was 15 minutes until their closing time. When I asked to speak to the manager and told him how much I appreciated his service at the late hour he explained to me that without the customer he would not have a paycheck so he was more than glad to do the service and isn’t that what it’s all about. Whenever I visit that part of Colorado with my work I make a point to visit that location and give them my business.

Quick, Americanized Chinese food. Great for anyone who has a short lunch. Try the honey walnut shrimp, tasty!

This was our first visit to a Panda Express. We waited over 10 mins to have our order taken. There was only one family ahead of us. They had been standing at the counter for some time, and no one offered to service them. There were only a few stocked pans of entrees when asked which main courses we would like to choose. We were given our fried rice, Orange chicken, and egg roll. Our 2nd dish was brought to our table 10 mins later. Very disappointed.

Panda Express is a leader in a niche with no other competitors. The sides are average and the entrees are decent. I prefer Chinese buffets, but PE works well when you want the quicker approach of fast food vs restaurant + a tip.

Dry noodles, dry rice. Have to ask for a sample. Employee had hard time understanding customers during my visit, which slowed down service. Upcharge for the new menu item was not clearly labeled. It just said it was a new item. Does not tell me I pay more for it? No! The egg roll I waited 5 minutes for was not that appetizing because it was fried too hard. Just goes to show you that if you want something done right, you got to do it yourself – Ergo cook your own food at home and save your money!
