Pagewood Place Apts

This should be a 3.5 review but putting 4 because more positive than negative overall.
I really like living in these apartments because they are nice (upgraded one) and clean both inside and outside. The only reason I am not giving a 5 star is because occasionally there are some dirty tenants that leave trash outside the trashcan; for some reason they are too lazy to throw it inside or open the lid. It looks ugly for a day or more until maintenance takes care of it.
Also, I hate the fact that the washers and dryers are constantly eating your money! They end up not starting or stopping completely on rinse. Mostly it is the dryers that end up not drying your clothes.
Best bet is to wash elsewhere and only there when it is a quick emergency.
Other than that its great – friendly non invading neighbors a plus!
