While Dr. Fonseca is a great doctor, I will not be returning to his office. His staff is rude and arrogant. I’ve had issues with them in the past, but brushed it off. However, when I call my doctor’s office to make an appointment, I do not expect to be laughed at when asking if there is by chance anything available today.
I’ll go find a great doctor with a great staff as well.

Dr. Fonseca is a very kind man who seems very knowledgeable and listens to his patients. Although I haven’t seen him for a very long time, I have decided to stick with him as my PCP. I feel like he explains things very well and always with a nice demeanor. I haven’t had much trouble seeing him even with short notice. His previous office staff were less than great but I believe that has changed, which makes a big difference. I would recommend to give him a try and see if he’s a good fit for you because he has certainly been great with me.
