Old Navy

Extremely dirty and unorganized store. Advertised entire store up to 75% off, but was not. I couldn’t find anything and the things that I was able to unearth, I had to take to a register for a price check and they turned out to be regular price despite the signs advertising otherwise.

I used to work for Old Navy in college. I hated that store then, and I hate this store now. Before the holidays, I had to stop in to return some items ordered online.
This location happened to be on the way back to the northwest side, so I thought — why not? Just in and out, right?
No.
The line was ridiculously long, there were 2 cashiers working and both seemed to have lead in their hands. It took nearly 20 minutes to get through the line for a transaction that only took about a minute. While in the long line, I also noticed the store was a complete mess… if you were planning to buy anything here — good luck finding your size!

Bought a couple pairs of black pants for work here about a month ago. On one of the pairs the button completely came off (unable to be repaired). I had worn this particular pair to work a few times but they were far from «worn». Walked into ON today to pick up a few things and exchange the jeans for the exact same one. After I waited in line for over 20 mins (get more cashiers) I was told by the «manager» she couldn’t exchange jeans that were damaged. I said I had worn them several times but clearly there was a defect because I have tons of pairs from here that have had no problems. I didn’t save my receipt but I did have my bank statement showing the day I purchased them.
I was honestly stunned this women was a manager. She was so rude and unprofessional. Disappointed to find out that Old Navy doesn’t stand behind the quality of their clothes and they’re now having ratchets represent them. I will be contacting corporate.

Decent Old Navy. I find that this location does not have a wide variety of the things I am looking for. It tends to be on the messy side. I have been here several times and it isn’t very crowded. So it is sort of like they don’t even try to be clean.
I’d rather go to one of the bigger stores but I will still stop and browse here if I am in the area.

This store tends to carry more of your basics like jeans, shirts, sweaters, tanks, camis and shorts and not a lot of the more specialty items such as swim, belts, shoes, dresses, pet items and workout clothes.
This location isn’t large and it’s not usually very organized. It’s one of the lowest volume stores in the region (I’ve been told) and it’s not a fancy remodeled store like the one in Meyerland. The kids section is the entire back half of the store. The women’s section is a decent size, but the fellas really get shafted in space here. There are abundant fitting rooms though, which is nice.
Most of the time, I find an item I think I would love in a different color or size, but of course this ON does not have what I want, so I end up at Memorial City or on Westheimer. It’s a decent Old Navy that I can usually get in and out of quickly, but it’s not my favorite in town.
