Need a guaranteed way to ruin your evening? Order from these jack holes! I purchased two tickets to Wicked($ 300) as a Valentine’s Day gift for my girlfriend(what can I say, I’m an awesome boyfriend). The tickets were supposed to arrive via email by Feb. 22 for a Feb. 26 show. By Feb. 25, no tickets had arrived, so I called up the company. I was told with 100% certainly that nothing was wrong and that they would be waiting for me under my name at will call. So… It’s the night of the big event. There we are at the fabulous Fox Theatre dressed in our best and ready for a whimsical evening of Oz. Are my tickets at will call? No!!! Now I’m just some poor schmuck with nothing but a goofy grin and the fake ticket voucher that I threw in her V Day gift bag. Shit! What am I going to do?! Well, I call up Number One Tickets thinking that they will surely be ready to remediate this disaster, and hopefully comp. some free tickets for making me look like a tool bag. For my first three phone calls, I explained my problem, was put on hold, ANDHUNGUPON. Yes, these monsters actually hung up on me, not once, thrice. Finally, after my fifth or six call(which is 30 – 40 minutes of standing outside in the freezing cold, all the while my hopes of entering the show are diminishing exponentially) I explode with expletives and demand to know what is going on. This person, mongrel, says in the most nonchalant voice, «oh, we had some trouble with will call so we refunded the tickets.» SCAMSCAMSCAM. When I then fumed about not receiving a phone call or an email indicating that my night’s plans were screwed she insisted that they had called and even left a voicemail(they, of course, had not). Oh, and that«refund,» NOTTHERE. So, instead of enjoying the wonderful world of Oz, we got to sit in my car and report a FRAUDULENTCHARGE to Chase. Lastly, I called Ticket Network(the source site that lead me to Number One Tickets), and they informed me that they have had loads of complaints against Number One Tickets and aren’t doing business with them anymore. This is not a legit ticket company, it’s some hack job being run out of a basement. STAYAWAY!!! SCAM!!! And lastly, please allow me to give a big FUCKYOU to Number One Tickets for not only ruining my evening, but actually trying to rip me off. There is a special place in hell for those that do sneaky things with online tickets!

This company misrepresented themselves online, making me think they were associated with the venue I was purchasing tickets for. I went to download my tickets and thought it was really shady that my tickets were clearly a poorly scanned in print out from ticket master. I did a little research and realized they are not affiliated with the venue at all, and that I paid $ 163 bucks a piece for $ 40 dollar tickets. I’m outraged.
