Nerd For Me

Prices may be low but that’s only due to the poor craftsmanship this establishment has. Took a laptop with a bad LCD screen to be fixed in February 2015 and was told it would be fixed in about 3 weeks time due to having to wait for additional parts… no big deal. 3 weeks came and not only was the service not done but they had broken the original screen, the new screen and had ordered the wrong screen and would had to order the correct one from overseas. No big deal things happen and mistakes get made and sometimes parts take a little while to get to.
The part came in and not only did I never receive a courtesy call through the entire process (except during the initial 3 weeks) I had to constantly call for updates… they told me I would be done by the next week the part came in around April 22 or so I go April 28 to pick it up and not only is it not done they broke the screen that came in as well. When you make the same mistake 3 times… sorry but I won’t be coming back here again.
The only redeeming marks were that they lent me a really slow loaner and they offered to trade my laptop for another one with what they said would be the same specifications.
Bottom line I left 118 dollars short and with a laptop in worse condition than what I had left it there initially.

I dropped off my iPad to have a severely broken screen replaced. The repair was finished when promised and the cost was a couple of dollars less than I was quoted. Recommended shop!
