I had stopped visiting this place years ago because of the bad customer service and quality of work. I decided to stop by because I needed a quick fix and did not feel like driving way to pearland to my usual spot. long story short customer service is still horrible the lady that does the eyebrows is so rude it is ridiculous when you walk in they just asked how can I help you or what u need! They do not greet customers by saying hello or anything just pick your color! There was one new lady that did my pedicure she was good she took her time and did my feet well that’s the only reason I gave them one star… the main people that’s been there forever need to go to customer service training. I got a full set of shellac nails and the next day my acrylic was chipped and my polish scratched. I went to show them the next day and the nail lady was like see no need for polish just file. so I asked why are they chipping like this and she was like just wear and tear and I’m like I just got my nails done yesterday that’s ridiculous so I let it go and I just said that I would never ever ever be returning to this place I don’t care if I have to drive from here to another side of town! When you’re finished and you pay they don’t even say thank you and see you again just horrible horrible horrible customer service and they are always packed I don’t understand people we need to start spending money in places where we are appreciated

Out of all the nail places this one has the most courteous techs. I’ve been around the area and they’re the nicest here. I get my feet done because of work boots and they do a very good job.

These ladies are very very rude and have little to no good customer service skills I went a few times at the referral of a friend but the last time I went the lady Kim got upset because I asked her to get dead skin off of my feet that she did not get because she was rushing and I paid 55 $ for a pedicure and a refill with shellac which isn’t that bad but I had to return back there 3 times that week because my nails kept breaking and they charged me 5 $ each time i went back for a broken nail within the same week I got them done so I waited about a month to give them another try why they refused to service me because I told Kim the last time she did my pedicure what I needed touched up once she assumed she was done I politely told them no problem there are plenty of nail shops who would be more than glad to take my money honey they get 1star from me only because that’s the only way to continue and post your review is by hitting a star ha I wouldn’t refer my enemy’s dog to go there and I mean that I wouldn’t be surprised if that business is closed down within the year I’ve seen them be rude to many others as well while I was there and I got to experience for myself today smh take my advice and safe yourself a trip from that place.

Went to TNT Nails for the LAST time today, after 7 years of being a faithful customer! N E V E R A G A I N! While they generally do good work(Kathy, Kim, Sean, Lee — though Sean and Lee work there only upon occasion) and the prices are affordable, a few of the techs are not that skilled, and does shoddy work, which sometimes has to be immediately redone by another. The straw that broke the camels back today, happened for a 4th time in as many years, and it has to do with customers waiting in their cars, NOT bothering to form proper lines ATTHEDOOR, which is a standard, widely acceptable, courteous and expected business practice. Instead, they jump out of their vehicles as the door of the shop is being opened, they run up, and then proclaim to be 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc… The owner, Kathy, doesn’t make it any better, by refusing to state that lines form at doors, and not in parking lots! They have no business policies set, and are content to allow customers argue or hash it out. Why not set up ground rules, if this has been a continual cause of concern? I have even told the owner(Kathy) that«ghetto» people being confused by this could easily be avoided, by simply posting signs which state that they(TNT Nails) don’t have assigned spaces in the parking lot! This establishment is in the heart of the ghetto, so expect nothing less from typical, loud mouthed, boisterous clientele, that acts like they don’t know right from wrong, or how to use common sense to avoid conflict. Another chronic issue with TNT Nails, is that the card swiping equipment is ALWAYS broken, forcing customers to pay by cash, and if you don’t have cash, you can walk to the Foodarama grocery store to buy something that YOUDON’T NEED, just so you can get cash back! TNT Nails can continue to get or rely on their business, fortunately, I can afford to go elsewhere, and today, I did!
