I have been on My Vita’s new weight loss and management program and all I can do is thank them for the compliments I am getting. I am down 29 lbs in 7 weeks and looking to drop the 10 to reach my goal. I can say I have not been hungry, I exercise some (but looking to do more to firm up) and I have been amazed at all the support I have gotten from Vanessa, Tina and Dr. Tony.
