My Looks by Rosie Daza

I went to Rosie again for my TV interview. My goodness, she took the ordinary me and elevated to a very presentable me. She is AMAZING! If you have any special events that needs specialty hair and makeup, look no further!

Rosie did my makeup for Halloween. I gave her the rather cryptic instructions of «dramatic, but not outrageous, not costumey, but more theatrical, with lots of sparkle» and she nailed it. The makeup was PERFECT for my mermaid costume — I looked great and got tons of compliments throughout the night.
She really took her time in the application, explaining and giving different options as she went. I’m so glad I went with her recommendation of the fake lashes; they looked extraordinary.
Not only is she superbly talented, she has a great personality and is fun to be around. The hour I spent in her makeup chair flew by thanks to her easy and entertaining conversation.
Her private studio is a huge plus. Unlike at MAC or department store counters, she’s completely focused on you and not on other potential customers. It’s great to be able to have your makeup done without a constant stream of passersby gawking at your transformation. The place is also in a super convenient location next to Café Brazil on Westheimer, with lots of street parking nearby.
I highly recommend Rosie and will definitely be going to see her for my next big event.
