I have been seeing Tim for years as we have weekly sessions where he not only teaches me self-​defense moves but more importantly I get a great workout. I am always amazed by his wealth of experience and knowledge combined with his patience and concern for his clients. I can’t speak highly enough of him.

This is a great place to learn grappling, muy thai kick boxing, and jeet kun do from a variety of trainers including Tim Mousel himself. He is a true expert in the field of MMA and has achieved Master level status in all the forms of martial arts he trains in at this academy. The classes are small and the other members are also experienced and friendly enough to lend a helping hand and aim to improve your technique through positive criticism.
