To be fair, I did not use this company for my flooring needs so I cannot speak to their service or product. However, they were very misleading while we were shopping for floors. In the store, we were quoted one price — that I asked them to reiterate about 4 times to make sure that’s what they were claiming — and then the estimate came in at almost 50% higher per square foot. The manager claims his sales associate was «confused.» However, the same manager repeated that price back to my face when I was in store. Seems like an over-​abundance of confusion. Sketchy. They did not earn my confidence nor my money.
