This place is absolutely terrible. I applied here with the manager Eva to get an apartment and put $ 500 down. I’ve been trying to call her, email her, and any other method you can imagine FOR3WEEKS and she never responds. The staff covers up for her and tells me every day they are going to get her to call me right back that she is so busy dealing with other customers, but nothing ever happens and they still have my $ 500 refundable deposit somewhere. I have no answer about where my money is at or what the next steps are. This has been the worst experience you can ever imagine. BEWARE, just even APPLYING at this apartment may freeze up your money and you won’t get any response back from them or have no way to get a refund or even an explanation. If you even APPLY here, you are risking hundreds of dollars to not even get a response!!! KEEPAWAY!!!

I like this apartment, They have events, and the place itself is good. My only pic now is the rent price, hence I will not be renewing. Other than that I would stay. Much has improved since last review.

Had a terrible experience during the renewal of our lease. Price DRAMATICALLY increased, was forced to move. We moved out early, cleaned for over 5 hours to make it spotless, blinds were in EXCELLENT condition, filled picture holes and repainted(with a matching paint color we paid for ourselves), cleaned fridge, dusted, removed everything(debris, trash, furniture, etc), someone could have moved in right away. We paid the last months bills online and waited for our security deposit. We finally got a hold of someone who informed us we OWETHEM $. This was news to us especially since they had our phone numbers and email addresses. I mean, we paid online! Obviously you could reach us. They claimed it was mailed. The things they were charging for were insane and typical wear and tear of any residence. They OVERCHARGED for things that could be purchased inexpensively at a retail store. I was surprised that they sent us to collections THEDAY we called THEM without trying to work with us considering we were easy, clean, nice tenants that WANTEDTOSTAYINTHATAPARTMENT. No negotiation, no payment plans, just PAYTODAYINFULLORELSE! Suddently they had no trouble getting a hold of us. I guess I shouldn’t be surprised based on what my neighbors complained about(which was a lot worse than this review). I just didn’t think this would happen to us.

My boyfriend and I currently live at this apartment — just moved in about 3 weeks. Although the apartment itself is nice, spacious, and a great value, I have never experienced so many issues regarding management and maintenance in my life… and I have lived at a number of different apartments. Most of the office staff are friendly; however, the leasing agent that handled our lease was extremely difficult to deal with. I had to ask her questions about getting approved and the possibility of a guarantor(my boyfriend and I are both students) 2 – 3 times before receiving the vaguest of answers, if that. After we were approved, the agent made a mistake in regards to our move-in date. When we brought the mistake to her attention, she sent an email to my boyfriend alone attempting to blame me for her mistake. EXTREMELYUNPROFESSIONAL. At any rate, we moved in and everything seemed great for the most part until this past weekend when our air conditioning went out… in the middle of summer… in Houston, TX. It has been 83+ degrees in our apartment with no circulating air for 4 days now. The window unit the maintenance team brought does not even cool off the living room in which it is placed, let alone the kitchen, dining room, bedroom, or bathroom. We were told the A/C would be fixed Monday. Then were informed it would not be fixed until Tuesday morning. The A/C was not fixed until Tuesday afternoon. And even after it was fixed it stopped working again. The manager did not take this hazard seriously at all. In fact, when she came up to the apartment she smirked while I explained to her what was going on then tried to make excuses for the window unit. It is really too bad this apartment has such terrible customer service because otherwise it would be a great place to live. It is in a great location, cheap relative to nearby apartments, has a nice interior, and spacious floor plans which seem to be difficult to find in Houston for a good price. Unfortunately, I do not think we will be renewing our lease when the time comes.

Believe me it is amazing apartment but worst securety they steal my car wheel on the 4th floor and they told me we can’t show you the camera a lot of people get rapped there stay away and the girls there smile before you sign the lease after that they will not look at you
