Where do i start? So the BOY, Devin(tall, black boy trying to have facial hair) took care of my phone. LGG3 which was quoted 120 $ for a screen replacement, i needed it fixed so i really didn’t care how much it was gonna be. Well i left my phone maybe around 11am and i didnt get my phone back until 3DAYS after i dropped it off… there was glue all around the edges of my screen but by that point i just wanted my phone back so i brushed it off. Come to find out that my phone was actually broken into(i had a passcode) and my personal pictures and information was compromised. He had actually took picture of the pictures on my phone… apparently the owner does the same. If you care about your privacy and dont want to put your information at risk please go somewhere else. This is beyond me, i’m disgusted by the audacity they have to do this.

First at all, let me tell that I have a background in the IT field, and I know many of the process that undergoes to repair a cell phone which is, basically, a very small computer with special chips. I don’t have experience in cell phone, so I’ve tried their service. Price sounded appealing. I have a Nokia Lumia 920 which had a cracked screen. Besides the fact that the screen was cracked, the touch screen worked very good. I turned the phone over to them for repair. What a mistake! My phone was returned to me after a few days(SLOWSERVICE, BESIDESHORRIBLE!!!). The screen got replaced, but the touch screen was, at best, not working right. Most of the time the problem was so bad that completely froze the phone and I had to reset it. I noticed that glue was poorly applied behind the capacitance buttons. After a hassle because the repair guy«was out of town», I returned the phone. After almost THREELONGWEEKS of asking numerous times for my phone, and receiving evasive answers all that time, the guy had the nerve to tell me that there is nothing they can do about my phone, because they«check it» and everything they replaced was good, but probably the phone had a problem before I waked in their door. I know that it had to do with their poor job. Now I am stuck with a $ 600 phone that doesn’t work, I will not even get a refund for not repairing my phone, and they don’t even offer to repair what it’s wrong with it(seems to be the digitizer). When I requested a fair solution for this issue, as I am the one clearly losing, he said«I also lost time and money. IFYOULOSE, I LOSE». Clearly, I lost for making such a poor choice, but I will not lose $ 700 worth of equipment. I will sue his business and make sure that everyone knows about their poor business practices. Also, I will make sure to post a review and tell everyone in the community about their poor service level and lack of ethics. And probably, complete lack of knowledge in the area.

I called several places in regards to getting my cracked/shattered iPhone 5 screen replaced. Mobilecom(while not cheap) was the least expensive out of them all. It took about 30 minutes for them to repair my phone. They do good work and are the best priced.
