Mister Express Lube Center

You might want to try someplace else. They charge full price here but do half the job. Been here twice now but will not be a third. They have pretty rough in their personnel professionalism and just basic manners and then they kind of just give the car a once over with a rag. Sorry but not pleased with this place.

I would not go to Express Lube. They left oil on my car hood and inside my car. I posted pics of the stains they left on my car mats. The cheapest oil change was 42.99. I will not go back.

My wife brought her 2004 Envoy to your shop on Friday. She noticed blue fluid leaking out under the car soon after. When I got home, I began to try to figure out what was going on since she was going out of town. I took the air filter cover off to pull the fluid tank out. I found no leak, but the pumps that are attached were shifted out. I put everything together and no leak. Pretty annoying that the tech was so careless. Then we get a call that you overcharged my wife by double. When my wife talked to Terry the manager, she arranged for me to get the refund since she was out of town. She mentioned the leak and he offered a ½ off coupon for future oil change. When I get to the shop, Terry ask the cashier to give me $ 40.00. He has me sign I got $ 40.78. I pointed that out and he offered to get the rest. Offering a partial refund speaks volumes for the shops attention to detail. Honestly I do not care about the 78 cents. You lost me when you had me spend nearly an hour fixing your work. Terry never offered me anything for my trouble. I showed him how my arm was scratched up doing this. He told me he suspended the employee. How you handle this with the associate is less important than what you are doing with me. Honestly, if it were my business the customer would not pay for the oil change. All you did was refund part of the overcharge. How about my time fixing this? The lack of confidence in your techs? The time to go back and get a refund? Every service business misses the mark from time to time. How you correct it when it happens can alter if you win back or loose that customer.

Ehh… as the 3 star rating says, this place is «A-​OK.»
It’s not that they’ve ever done a bad job or anything, don’t get me wrong! The office where you wait is always clean. There’s also vending machines and popcorn to treat yourself to. And the A/​C is always on high!
And you never have to wait more than 15 minutes if you’re just getting an oil change, so that’s a plus.
I gave it 3 stars just because of the fact that it’s pretty expensive to get anything done. And like any mechanic joint, whoever is working on your automobile will definitely come inside claiming you need «this done, and this done, and as a precautionary, you better get this done too.» I never fall for their tricks! Except I always let them change my air filter.
So, since I get synthetic oil plus the air filter change, I always walk out of there $ 80 poorer. *faints* And it hurts even worse when you drive around all day seeing places advertise $ 19.99 oil changes! *shakes fist*
The only mini perk is that you get a free car wash with your oil change. But, with any perk is a catch! IT EXPIRES IN 1 MONTH. So, my freebies hardly ever get used. Damn you Mister Lube!

Very fast service. I stopped by during lunch and I was out within 30Min. Also it is the cleanest Lube place I have ever seen.
