I’ve never gotten better and/or faster results with any trainer or crash diet IN. MY. LIFE. Coming from my Mom — God bless her. She’s the best — who constantly nags about the extra jiggle in my legs or pudge in my belly — it was no more than three sessions with Mike when my mom finally told me, «Your legs… You look good.» My mouth dropped. Room went silent. This guy is the real deal. I trained with Mike some time back, and I must say I was very intimidated starting. I imagined drill sergeant instruction, no personality, zero tolerance for silly Farrah BS. But instead, I got a super friendly, motivating and«real» person to help me meet my goal — and tailor-made to my schedule and my expectations. Mike has a military background, has worked with everyone from pro-athletes to «ladies who lunch”-types, and the bottom line is that he’s great. I’ve recently gone through a work-out slump, which reminded me to quit bitchin’ about my size and weight and to just get back with the program. Highly rec this guy. Oh, yeah.
