Had an oil change and tires rotated for my wife’s Suburban. When the job was complete, my wife headed to the freeway to go to work. Literally ONE block from the freeway entrance one of her tires comes off!
Lug nuts were not tightened at all!!! Thank God this didn’t happen on the freeway!
They fixed all the parts that were ruined but used cheap parts.
I won’t use them again.

I sold my car online to an out of state buyer. He was to fly in and drive the car home from Houston to St. Louis so I took my car into the service shop at this gas station to just have everything inspected for the journey. They did a minor tune up for $ 150 but called and told me the car was leaking oil from the distributor. I promised my buyer a leak free car so I agreed to pay $ 240 more to have a rebuilt distributor installed. They told me a simple $ 10 seal would not fix the problem. I paid them and took delivery of the car before turning it over to the new owner. The buyer and I became good friends and he called me a few months after the purchase to let me know his mechanic looked the car over and found the distributor was leaking oil. I told the buyer of the repairs I had done so he was surprised the car was still leaking oil from the same place. Since I was no longer in possession of the car I could not take it back to the shop. The repair was either done incorrectly or not done at all. Either way it was my first and last time at this place for repairs.

Terrible! Over priced oil change! Rude people! Took forever! Very bad experience. I will not be back! I don’t want to give it even one star.
