Always love Menchie’s. Been a loyal customer for the past 5 years. I even have their smilage card.(: would have been 5 stars but they didn’t have a lot of fresh fruit toppings!): also sad that the $ 5 fill up cup isn’t all day on Mondays. Is it only this location that does 7pm — 9pm for that special and not all day?! Other than that, I will be back.

Came back to our friendly neighborhood Menchie’s! The Copperfield volunteer fire department was in the house! The store was much cleaner this visit and the staff was completely new. I talked to the new manger while she was sitting on the counter, I asked to make sure she was going to wipe the counter where her bottom was because that’s just gross. All in all happy and will hope that the next visit merits more stars!

Love it here! Delicious froyo I always use my frequent card and check in with Unilocal to get an extra discount. My kids love coming here.

The frozen yogurt at Menchie’s is always good. There are at least 10 different flavors to choose from, and they cycle new flavors in every time I visit. The value for the money is worth it as a special treat for the family every now and then.

Love Menchie’s. It’s always great, no matter which location you go to. We were here last night, and it was crowded! But there was plenty of everything, which I load up on the fruit, and the kids load up on the sugar. :-) They keep toppings stocked a lot better at this location vs the others. Great staff, helpful, cheerful. :-)

Great place for froyo and the girls working here were really nice. Only reason they are short of a 5 star is that some of the flavored they had were out or weren’t frozen.

This place is great. Some of the customers needs to realize how to act in public or how their kids should act around others. The place is small and sound echos. They change flavors out and have cute spoons!

Wow! First time and I really enjoyed it! I love yogurtland but I think Menchies beats them because the have a tasty fresh waffle cup option. The toppings were plentiful and much more neatly contained than yogurtland. I got cookies and cream and added strawberry yogurt. the set up where you get your yogurt was behind the circular register area. I liked that it was roomy. It was very spacious and not crammed… The bottle water was not cold and we had to ask the worker if she had any cold ones available They did but she had to go to the back to get it. The employees were nice and attentive. The cookie yogurt wasn’t working properly and the girl was prompt to fix the issue. We had a pleasant first time experience. Will be back!

I love that the flavor changes on a(weekly?) basis. I don’t frequent enough to know exactly but every time I enter, there are always new flavors to try. The experience is fun and the price is always reasonable. Last time I was in I donated towards a charity and was gifted coupons and will be back more frequently this month.

I hate to say it but Menchie’s definitely did not live up to my expectations. Why? — the flavor selection is relatively small — after sampling a variety, I noticed that they were either way too sweet or way off of what it’s suppose to taste like. — the area between the yogurt, toppings and register are way too close! One person at a time kind of close. I settled for the iced coffee after sampling a multitude(lemon meringue was horrible and the cake batter was infused with sugar). Even then, it became really sweet for me and I couldn’t finish it. The only things I can say is that there were a lot of great toppings to choose from and the staff was very friendly. But that isn’t enough for me to want to come back. I’ll be getting my fix at Tutti Frutti next time.

The staff is generally pretty polite, the froyo is MUCH better for you than ice cream, it’s reasonably priced and that’s flexible since you serve yourself, the toppings bar is excellent and full of variety, it’s great for families; I don’t have anything bad to say about this Menchies.

I like the variety of condiments they have, a lot of different kinda of toppings which is great however I couldn’t find any flavor that I could eat, they’re mostly all tangy and only taste like a hint of what the flavor is suppose to be like for instance the strawberry tasted like strawberry however the flavor was not strong but was just a hint and it didn’t fulfill anything to my liking. The consistency of the yogurt was good, it was frozen and cold, not liquidy like most places. I feel like this place could hold potential for me to come back if only it had better flavors

First time going to a yogurt place… not bad. The employees were helpful and friendly. I sampled some of the selections that they had… not many :(Anywho I ended up playing it safe and got birthday cake with extra sprinkles and kiwi. I’ll have to venture off and try more toppings and flavors on my next visit.

I decided to give Menchie’s a try because my sister loves menchie’s! She would say so many good things about Menchie’s and gave me recommendation of what flavors I should try. My sister raved about the Sugarland location. I tried the Copperfield location because I was in the area and I was craving frozen yogurt. I’d say it didn’t meet my expectations. The yogurt selection was pretty small and what made me not like the place was that the topping station was messy. When I went to sit at a table next to the t-shirt rack; the baby shirts that they were selling had yogurt on them. I don’t even think tables should be near clothes. Pros: Busy and Friendly staff/Chocolate froyo is pretty rich and good. Cons: A lot of little kids being loud, topping station is dirty, and dirty merchandise.

Great treat. Its clean. the flavors are great. its consistently good. staff is always friendly. Kids annoy me, but its worth fighting thru the crowd of annoyances to get to the yogurt. :) I’m collecting quite a pile of the plastic spoons that I never use at home. but keep collecting.

I normally only eat plain tart… so I judge a froyo shop by this flavor. The frozen yogurt is a little too… soft? melty? creamy? for my preference And the toppings didn’t catch my eye either. Didn’t have mangoes, fruity pebbles, or cap’n crunch… not that big of a deal. They do have a good variety of chocolate candy bars… even melted marshmallow sauce. I thought it was a nice option to add a freshly made waffle cone for only a dollar extra. However, there are broken up waffle cone pieces as a topping option as well(a little more crunchy) An equal alternative to Swirll, but I will always be a Yogurtland fan girl.

I’ve been to Menchie’s twice now, and I LOVE it. The froyo here seems creamier than at other places(and I am QUITE the froyo connoisseur) but the flavors aren’t that unique. For instance, when I was there, they had 3 flavors that were all essentially just vanilla and 2 that were essentially chocolate. They didn’t have as many tart and fruity flavors as other places. What won me over was the cake batter yogurt, waffle cone bowls, bursting boba and colored/flavored mochi toppings! These things alone make Menchie’s #2 on my fav froyo spots. Unfortunately it’s pretty pricey — over $ 7 for my husband and I to each get a cup. Yogurtland is still my #1 because it’s delicious and the cheapest in town.

Seems like its hard for me to not give any yogurt place 5 stars except TCBY. This place is awesome! They have a lot of flavors(kind of reminds me of yogurtland) and very interesting ones too. They have a good amount of seating and it is very kid friendly. They have plenty of toppings also. You can try before you buy, which kinds of becomes annoying with all the kids trying all the flavors and running around(ugh). This this place is always clean and staff is polite. Yup another froyo place for me to cool down with in my area! Greatly appreciated.

Yay! They’ve finally made it to my neck of the woods! I used to have to drive to the one off of 290/Barker Cypress in the HEB parking lot but not anymore!!! I was ecstatic to see them start buiding this place. To my amazement this place literally opened within weeks. It did not take them long at all. I am NOT suprised that this place is jam packed on the weekends. Their yogurt is good and fresh. The toppings are soo yummy! They offer a variety and the best kind of toppings as far as yogurt shops in Houston goes. The flavors often changes but my ultimate fave is the tangy original. I always go in and sample the kooky/random flavors just for the heck of it, like sweet coconut/vanilla cake/lemonade/etc. But I am a loyal original tart fan and it is very yummmmmmy. If you live in the neighborhood or frequent this place often I recommend getting the rewards card(free). I’ve been on a yogurt frenzy lately and I’m already on my to getting a free $ 5 credit.
