Memorial City Pediatrics

I had both my kids going to this place: my older one is 3 y. o, small one is less than a year. I do not feel comfortable by now as I see they never go for more detailed testing for kids if kids have some serious problems with continuous cold/​flue symptoms. They try to avoid any serious medicine for kids. So it makes you come back to this place again and again with the same problems. Dr. never calls to check on baby if he/​she feels better even when you call to the clinic and ask for doctor’s advice or assistance — never calls back. Waiting time in the room with naked baby is ridiculously long: 45 — 60 min in average! Looking for another doctor at the moment! I wouldn’t recommend to go there if you child has any health problems that are bigger than cold. Also till now my 3 y.o. was not offered any vitamins or any other recommendations for improving her Immunal system: only shots. Definitely not enough attention to the kid — nothing out of regular check ups!
