Artisanal chicken sandwich was just nasty. Something odd tasting about the chicken AND the tomato. Quarter pounder was cold. Fries were stale

I have visited the McDonalds at least a dozen times since it’s opened with 50 Percentage of the time leaving without my order due to –Employees waiting on other employees before customers. –Employees talking on the phone. –Employees being rude. –Waiting too long for orders in the drive thru as well as the counter. –Orders being wrong. –Did not know it was a rule to NOT sell salads after 10PM, but breakfast is all DAYLONG. –Having the APP on your phone does not give you the discount if the system is down the manager will refuse to over-ride it…(so why have the app?) Each time I have had an issue with my visit I have asked to speak to the manager and she assure me everything is being addressed. Needless to say nothing has changed. The last straw was Monday April 25th2016 when they did not honor the APP coupon for $ 2 off. I asked for the corporate office number and I was directed to the number of the receipt which is 713−942−8318. I called the number and was told the customer rep was out and they would take a message and call me back. I never received a call. Today I called and spoke to a Rep. by the name of Carol W.(I did not get the last name except for the W). Carol NEVER received my phone message. So after going through the entire list of issues again and requesting that I talk to her supervisor as well as get the general manager name she RUDELY refused and was DISMISSIVE and according to her she has NOSUPERVISOR I could talk too, she hung up on me. I called a couple of time and two different women answer the phone and were just as RUDE and DISMISSIVE as Carol W. To shorten the story up a bit the McDonald at 10315 S Post Oak Rd, Houston, TX77035 is a FRANCHISED owned McDonalds. During our whole conversation Carol W. was leading me to believe it was a corporate McDonalds. When I found out I call her back and requested that she give my number to the Franchise owner so I can address my concern with him to which she replied that the owner will not call you or anyone. I am only posted this to inform people who have issues, more than likely they have fallen on RUDE, DISMISSIVE ears if you called 713−942−8318. If you have experienced any issue with the McDonald at 10315 S Post Oak Rd, Houston, TX77035 please don’t waste your time calling the 713−942−8318 number, call the 1−800−244−6227 which is the REAL Corporate office. I hope the franchise owner will see this and implement the changes that need to occur, however unless I hear him or her directly I will not be returning to the McDonald at 10315 S Post Oak Rd, Houston, TX77035 location and I would encourage that everyone forms their own opinion when visiting that location and keep in mind people like Carol W. «A customer Rep» does not get the last word.

I’ve had great service, good food. Food is fast. Fries are good n salty.(I don’t add salt to most foods) I’m in and out. We have their food at least once a week. They are a great addition to my community. Thank you McDonald’s.

This McDonald’s is unacceptable. Drive through is open for 24 hours but several times I have gone there and the service is unavailable. Drive thru is closed. I have a serious grievance against this McDonald’s. I am very disappointed with this location. Service has been awful and there is something about this location that concerns me about their operations. I would not recommend this location add it is unorganized unprofessional and the staff is rude and negligent. I should sue this place for how consistently they have been closed or have but provided acceptable service.

If you *must* do McD’s, pick a different one. The only McDonald’s I’ve ever been to with every possible penny-pinching procedure in place: charging for multiple sauces, no special orders on sodas, and generally giving you the smallest amount necessary — whether that be fries or the condiments that come on your food. No generous french fry overspillage in the bottom of the bag? You«can’t» do my odd half-diet half-regular Coke request, when most other locations have done it happily? I guess it’s a good thing that this is the only Filet o Fish I have ever had in my entire life that hasn’t dropped a dollop of scalding hot mayonnaisey tartar sauce on my hand or lap, but that’s only because they likely apply the minimum amount they can get away with, using a tiny tiny measuring spoon. I mean if I’m only having McDonalds a handful of times a year, I’d prefer to go all the way with the indulgence. Not a one star because it didn’t seem dirty and the service was not particularly rude, only stingy. Which is not great service, if you ask me.

They overcharged for the small order of fries for two months before finally changing the drive thru menu. Usually there is nothing better than mc Donald fries but here they are never hot and not salted. Other than that they are a typical mcdonalds.

Zero stars would be more suitable. The lazy staff picks and choses when it wants to be open during late night hours. The«system» has been«down» 3 times over the past 2 weeks during the 2am hour. Don’t claim to be a 24hr restaurant if you can’t find the saff willing to work the hours. I will be contacting the franchisee.

I don’t usually go to McDonald’s, but today was an exception. This is convenient. The ladies at the windows were very friendly and efficient. A much needed change from the other McDonald’s in the area. I know this one just opened, so I hope they are able to maintain this level of service.
