Worst Mc DONALDS ever they are ghetto, never make your food fresh, always have attitudes and never make your order correct. I went today and asked for fresh cookies, they handed me cold cookies. I asked for them to make them fresh and gave them back they went and put my cookies in the microwave. Then give them back to me like I wouldn’t know the difference between fresh cookies and reheated cookies. Then they finally made them fresh after messing up COOKIES the first two times. Horrible ! Don’t waste your time there !

I agree with Brittany, and Sebastian on this one as well, I lived about 2 blocks from this McDonald’s here for 20 years, so I would come here quite often, and this McDonalds is one the worst ones came across, the employees, and sometimes the managers are rude, and unprofessional. And the food as well is not nowhere close to fresh.
Unless you live close by this one, or are downright hungry, I would not recommend this McDonalds to anyone, you’re better going to nearest one on 5901 S Braeswood @ Hillcroft, I have been to that one a lot more than this one during the 20 years I have lived in the area, and have been satisfied with the service I have received.

What a bunch of lazy ass employees. even the manager. Counterr girl must have had a stick up her butt… she was rude and ignorant. Manager was no better… i have been to thousands of Mcdonalds around the world… this has been the worst location ive been to. will never go back to that one…
If i owned that store… they would all be fired on the spot… one star was too good for this place… embarassment to mcdonalds!

My order was wrong twice. When they finally got it right my food was cold. Then I found a hair in my food. Need I say more? Staff is rude and full of attitude. Mary Redmond needs to upgrade her staff and her establishments.

Seriously? Staff at this location are outrageous circus types.
If you’re using the drive through at this location never leave the window until you check your order twice. If you go inside ask for FRESHLY COOKED products when ordering.
Servings are smaller than anticipated and literally thrown together.
I’ve been to McDonald locations in both better and worse economic standing, and have had better service.
The only thing I can report to be satisfactory about this location is that the young CSRs can pretty much get your order right on the terminals if you slowly walk them through it. And the almost magical astonished smile when paying with Google Wallet on your phone.

I have been through the drive thru only about 6 times. Every time I was greeted by super friendly smiling staff and their fries are always hot and fresh and for some reason their fountain drinks are extra refreshing here. (Some locations seem flat, but never here) on one visit I witnessed 2 women screaming at each other in line where the cars merge after ordering and I thought I was fixing to witness gun shots (both women were really ghetto) but it was actually kinda entertaining if you aren’t frightened by that sort of thing. Please keep in mind this location is not in a good area. Keep your doors locked! It’s worth the stop (through the drive thru) if in the area.
