Had a GREAT experience shopping at this store location. Never been to a Mattress Firm before — first time, but awesome. Tommy was great — right after the mattress was delivered the next morning, he called to check in. Great service and excellent product. Thanks to Tommy!!!

I would like to update my prior review. Although this review pertains to Mattress Firm’s costumer service, I believe it is fair to improve my rating after my most recent experience. The minute I posted my one star review of the store, the costumer service team of Mattress Firm got in touch with me to understand what went wrong. In addition to a couple of emails, I received a call from one of the representatives to discuss the situation and provide a resolution. To me that meant a lot, I honestly forgot the last time a costumer service representative reached out to me to resolve any matter, no matter how small. I was informed the store has already updated their business hours schedule at the door and there should be no more confusion when making plans to visit the store. In my opinion, that was the proper resolution.
I ended up purchasing a mattress from a different Mattress Firm store, and my experience was excellent.

Excellent delivery service! Said they would be here between 10 and 2 so I expected that I would be waiting around forever, but they got here at 10:05. They took my mattress upstairs for me. They offered to unwrap it for me and set it up. What kind, helpful delivery men!

We bought a mattress today, a protective cover and 3 badass pillows. We got such great deal! John took amazing care of us and because of his fantastic service, we are customers for life. Bill was great too! Both men were incredibly knowledgeable making our decision an easy one.

Don’t buy from this store– they are rude, unhelpful and one guy is dumber than a set of bricks. I walk into the store, 2 representatives are eating five guys from next door still with grease on their lips– I tell him that I bought a bed from mattress firm previously and their was a defect with it– so mattress firm gave me a credit– I told him that I didn’t want the same bed, he proceeds to tell his co-​worker to give me an even exchange– uh, hello ding dong– maybe all that grease from that burger is clogging your hearing but didn’t I just say I didn’t want the same bed– «oh no worries, we sell tons of these beds.» As I was walking out– the black guy said I was being rude and to go to mattress pro or mattress one they might have something in my price range– let me tell you something– I spent almost $ 3000 on bedding– so mattress firm/​if this is how you train your employees– shame on you and maybe training is necessary.

I am not sure if Jasen Bell knows how much he made my day the day I went into Mattress Firm. I was close to tears that day with frustration from another mattress store. Jasen Bell didn’t try to sell me anything… he went above that… he was there for me. Thank you Jasen Bell and this company better treat you well! You’re too good.
