My girlfriend and I went in to find a mattress for her. Found what she wanted, the manager was really helpful and not pushy. We like him and the vibe he was giving off as a salesman.
Started talking about how much it will cost and he had to answer a call. Ok, he was the only sales guy there. We waited.
Then another call. And another.
In the end, we decided to leave because he could not devote enough time to his only customers in the place.
May eventually buy the mattress that she wanted, but the manager needs to pay more attention to his customers.

I had the best experience here! I was so upset with the service I had received at a mattress place across from this location. Really, I had no faith in Mattress Firm. Jasen Bell was a TOP NOTCH salesman! He made my entire day. He didn’t try to sell me anything… he just tried making things easier for me. Bless him.

My husband and I had a great experience here. We thought we would be browsing for hours and wheeling and dealing. We were here a total of 1 hour and then out the door with our new bed to be delivered the next day.
We tried out a few really expensive mattresses before my husband (who also works in sales) laid down the cards and gave him our price point. Our sales guy (don’t remember his name) was really nice about it.
Not only was he able to meet our budget but we were able to upgrade to a better mattress from the clearance center, got two pillows and free delivery.
Our delivery window as from 1pm-​4pm and the drivers were waiting on me when I arrived home at 12:45. They were fast, clean and efficient. They removed my old bed and even disposed of it for me.
I was very happy with the customer service at this location and am more than willing to recommend them to my friends and family.
