It’s nice and quiet. It is a paved trail along a retention area for storm water. Reminds me of a mini buffalo bayou in downtown. It runs along some neighborhoods and has a couple of lap trails if you prefer not to run far from your car. It has a few areas to park as well. So you are never too from a parking area. I would say it is quite nice, but like the last reviewer said«it will look nice once the trees grow for shade» it would definitely be hot during the summer months. Enjoy your walk, run or bike though!
