Marshalls

Bought a comforter along with some sheets and a comforter cover. Opened the comforter found it hole and staines on it. Tried to return but the manager said «we cannot accept return for this item in this condition.» I tried to explain to her that the comforter came in this condition, and the receipt shows that we had just bought these items two days ago, because they seal the bag inside the store, I couldn’t check the condition of the item until I got home.
At this point I didn’t want to argue with her and asked if I can return the other two items that went with the comforter. She said that all of the items smelled like smoke, so she cannot take those return either, which is ridiculous because we live in a smoke free house, and the sheets and comforter cover has never been open. I tried to show her that the items were still in its original packaging, if I opened it I would have never been able to fold it back the way it was. She impatiently told us to call somebody and complain to them instead.
Selling customer defective item and refusing to accept return is fraud.

Could be better. Not a great variety of items and very unorganized the times I have gone. Only reason why I gave 2 stars is because its close to my job and makes it easy when I need to buy a quick gift or so. But any who,… Much rather drive a little to the Marshalls in Katy Mills, the variety there is Unbelievable!

I lose to like this store but it became very unorganized and the customer service has gone down the drain. Management is not any better. The selection of items is small too

Don’t like this Marshall’s. We went in looking for home decorations and found none. My husband went to look for jeans so I thought I’d browse the women’s section. Nothing worth even browsing through. The clothes on the end racks weren’t standing out and the whole place just seemed old and disorderly.

Meh.
Place — The Marshalls here is not as clean, it is messy, disorderly in some areas of the stores, and I had a tough time digging through the items to see what I wanted. But I have to admit, they do have a lot of good home accesories for living spaces (which is the main reason I shop at Marshalls).
Price — Everyone knows that Marshalls has one of the best deals, if not, even better when they are on clearance.
Perks — I like to stop in when I have extra time on my hands before my hair appointment

I’m really starting to love this store. I found to gorgeous looking lamps. Prices are very low and you never know what you’ll find here at Marshall’s.

This Marshalls is a big dirty and very disorganized. Then again there weren’t many people working there that could be the cause. I waited on the line for about 15 minutes while the associates talked to eachother about when they were getting off work. I had to get their attention to pay for my items. The bathrooms are HORRIBLE!!!
