I have lived here for going on 2 years and have to say this place is the best deal for this location. Apartments next door go for over $ 4-​$ 500 more. All the insides are all renovated and up to date with granite counters and awesome décor. The grounds are beautifully kept and have a nice home feel considering being amongst all the high rises. Misty in the office is the sweetest ever and very helpful. Maintenance is quick to solve any problems and also helpful! It doesn’t look like much from the street view but always happy I took a chance and viewed it. And not to mention the location is the BEST! Everything is about a 7 min walk. Great food! Grocery stores and nice Catholic Church all within walking. Can’t beat it!
