I was craving shrimp on this day so I found Marcos… When I first told my boyfriend to head to edgebrook he was not happy because he thought I was talking about the other seafood place.
So we when got here he felt a little better. Upon first glance it didn’t look like anything special and probably couldve used a bit of an upgrade but it was clean… just dated. The waitress was nice and spoke english so no language barriers here! We ordered ½ doz oysters on the half shell which came out quickly and i think i got 8 because they were a little small but they were tasty and clean… so that was extra points in my book. My bf also ordered the salt and pepper shrimp appetizers which he loved! I got the fried shrimp and rice and bf got the wings and fries. Those dishes were also good… way better than the other seafood places in the area

Service was aweosomely attentive. Food was decent. I am not big on seafood. Prices were moderate. Cleaningness was adecuate. Bathroom could use a renovation. This restauran gave me the impresion of being asian owned and targeted towards hispanics. The restauran was surprisinly empty the day of my visit. Waiter forgot to bring me a knife. I would return.

The food is good the proportion is really big though.
The pancetta sauce is great and the onion rings were absolutely great! I couldn’t eat all of it cause it was so big the chicken fried rice is a fair.

I ordered deluxe seafood soup it was really good. A friend of mine ordered a grilled fish. It took 20 minutes before it served and they were not many customers to serve. The fish was very greasy as well. That’s why I put 3 stars but other than that it was all ok.

Really good seafood serve a lot on your plate and the size of the seafood is at a perfect size the peaceful environment is also a plus compared to places like mambos or Connies

the food was incredibly delicious we had the seafood deluxe soup and the 3 piece fried fish. Definitely a trip worth going.

If you have gone to a Connies, Mannies, or Mambos Seafood, then you know what you are getting.
Good food. Service was great.
Ceviche tostada and shrimp cocktail were awesome.
Grilled Shrimp and Fried Fish and Shrimp Platters were delicious and well served.
I would return to this seafood restaurant.
