When I decided to book a cleaning service, I spoke to the owner Jamie and thought this would be good fit. She assured me that her employees were good, hard working, honest people. I also spoke to her specifically about how she handles disputes. Everything she said made me feel comfortable booking them. The crew showed up on time and began cleaning right away. I was initially very happy with the cleaning and the crew leader. About an hour after they left, I noticed my small crystal soap dish was missing from my master bath. I looked all over for it, drawers, the floor and the dishwasher. This piece was very sentimental and I noticed right away it was missing. I called the owner and spoke to some other employee. She assured me that Jamie would call me back to resolve the issue. I never heard from her. I called back about a week later, only to speak to that other employee again. She complained that her job was hard and she had too much scheduling and other things to handle. I told her all I wanted was to speak to Jamie about the incident. I got more complaining about how hard her job was. Would give them no stars if possible. Still have yet to hear from Jamie. Customer be ware.
