Wow!!! What an amazing experience my family and I have had with this company. Highly recommend these wonderful cleaning technicians. They were very thorough with every aspect of our home. They walked with me to inspect every area to ensure my satisfaction. All i will say is I am really happy. Working full-​time and having a large Lab puppy that loves to share his hair every friggin where, along with a growing active child (nephew) cleaning can get a lil overwhelming. So trust that i love the «ally-​oop» of assistance. Great Job guys.

I recently had a great home cleaning visit from MaidnHouston. A friendly mother-​daughter team arrived at my house and worked together to thoroughly clean our home. The ladies asked me for a tour and to point out what I wanted them to include in their cleaning. I wanted them to focus on the common areas such as the living room and kitchen, as well as do all the bathrooms and our master bedroom. Our house has quite a few bedrooms, but other than vacuuming the carpet in the baby’s room, I only asked them to focus on our master since the other rooms are not used very much (like the home office and a guest room) and I didn’t see the need to have them spend time there. The ladies did a phenomenal job and our floors and counters were shiny again. I had the dogs outside while they cleaned, so I quickly ran the dogs inside to their crate so they wouldn’t get dirty prints or fur all over the freshly cleaned floors.
I also appreciated that they arrived with their own set of cleaning supplies and only asked if I had some specific things as a need arose. I had a maid previously who only used my cleaning supplies and I ended up running out of something and had to run to the store during the cleaning. I wasn’t a fan of that. The ladies from MaidnHouston even asked me what I wanted done with all the papers that were piled on my counters, and they combined them for me in one stack so I could go through and declutter (since eventually you stop seeing your own mess until someone comes and moves it around for you).
I’m a fan of the booking process also. One, because I can book and pay online and two, because I can select the service I need. Rather than just having a flat fee for the number of bedrooms in my house, I can select the number of bedrooms I’m actually going to have cleaned, and book my rate based on that. The system they use allows you to create an account and control how many reminder emails and other communications you receive. I typically only hire a cleaning service when we are having guests, and I am planning on booking the team from MaidnHouston again next month.
