Maid In Cypress

Very good communication and service. The ladies showed up and cleaned like maniacs. They stayed all day. Not sure they knew how big the house was. Never seen our home this clean. A plus!

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I scheduled a cleaning for 9am, no one showed up but I waited for an hour and then tried to call their office and send an email. No one at the office picked up so I ended up leaving a voicemail. I called again a couple minutes later and still no answer. Later on I got a call back.
A lady named Carmen called back and said she thought the cleaning ladies were there. The team that was supposed to come out was sick as were all her other teams. She had a somewhat dismissive attitude about everything. Instead of trying to rectify the situation, she just said, «I understand if you want to cancel your order» and «I can’t control when people come to work». I asked if she could find someone else and she said she would call back. I gave her 30 minutes, then started calling other companies myself. I got a hold of one within minutes who was able to make adjustments to their schedules to get the job done. I called her back but she didn’t answer again.
I understand things come up but at least a call or message saying that they have to reschedule (before I wait for an hour) would have been appreciated.
I only have this one experience but I would never use them again.

I needed to get my place cleaned last week for company coming in so I looked up Maid in Cypress and I was not disappointed!
The ease of picking a time slot and paying online got me to sign up and the team they sent were very friendly and professional. They got my 4,000 sq. Ft. 4 bedroom very clean in about 5 hours and it still looks great! I think I’ve found my go to cleaner!

My overall experience with Maid In Cypress was fantastic! What a great feeling coming home to my wonderful clean home I scheduled my cleaning online through their website which was very easy. I was able to pick which services I needed and I was even able to provide special instructions. It literally took about a minute. Afterwards I received an email confirming my appointment and another reminder email the day before. The cleaning ladies showed up on my scheduled day and time and they did a wonderful job. Everything was so clean. They even did more than what I asked for or expected. I will definitely use them again and again. Thank you Maid In Cypress. I finally found a cleaning company that I can trust.
