My husband and I actually take our vehicles here quite often. Moses, the manager and owner, has always been upfront with us about what is wrong and how much it’ll cost and how long it’ll take. Usually though, since my husband works on cars, we already know what to expect, but he always gives us a fair price and is very polite. We actually took our Land Rover Disco in to have some major repairs done, for anyone who has ever owned a Disco you are well aware that this is a horrifying experience for your wallet. Not only did they correctly diagnose the problem, but they also ordered an additional(separate) part for the rover in case that part broke soon after the repair. I’ve NEVER heard of a repair shop ordering an extra part and keeping it on hand specifically for a customers vehicle, it incurs an extra cost an inconvenience for the shop. On a sidenote story, once an 18 wheeler broke down at the intersection of Belfort and Telephone. Rather than letting it sit there and block up traffic the guys at Mac’s Auto Service went over and started repairing the truck to get it running and off the road. Seriously, who does that?! That’s so thoughtful!
