I did not obtain service from them, but when my automatic sliding gate would stop working after every rain storm I gave them a call and asked if they could come out to figure out what was wrong. A tech named Josh called and asked what was wrong with the gate. When I explained he gave me real simple instructions on how to reset the gate which fixed the problem. Instead of coming out and collecting a service charge for an easy fix, they helped solve my problem over the phone for free.
