I called in for a part I needed for my truck. They were happy to take my credit card to get the part delivered the next day for me to pick up at this location. I called to verify it was available (It’s about 1 ½ round trip for me). The part was in. I get there and it is the wrong part. They were apologetic and ordered me the correct part to pick up the following day. The part did not arrive, nor did it arrive the next day. The CS rep said that the warehouse dropped the ball and they would issue a refund. All in all, a big waste of time. I could have already received a brand new part by ordering online for $ 30 more. This place is quick to take your money and not deliver what they promise.
