I had no idea what type of lighting to put up. I brought pictures in and spoke with Lily. She made great suggestions and I got it all at a great price. I had them installed last night and I love love love it! I’ll be back as I redo other rooms. Thanks!

Worst place EVER!!! We bought two chandeliers and I paid for them over the phone not knowing they were final sale because no one ever told me that. Regardless, when I realized they were too big for my space, I thought i could use the credit for my track lighting. The lady up Front wasn’t able to help us so she had the manager help us and boy did he do the opposite of help us. We basically told him what we needed and he looks at us like we are stupid and says you don’t know what you’re talking about. He goes on to constantly insult us and basically made us feel stupid, as to when I said sir, you are the lighting expert, you should know. He then starts saying you’re being rude and says I’m not helping you anymore. He starts to walk away and I’m like if you’re not willing to help me then give me my money back. He then proceeds to say get out of my store or I’ll call the cops. I can’t believe a store manager would treat their customers like that. First he’s not willing to help me, then he goes on to kick me out of his store??? This has to be the dumbest manager or store owner I’ve ever met. I am NEVER stepping foot back In that store, and I sure will let everyone I know what kind of service they’ll get there. Worst business EVER

Don’t go to this place unless you are absolutely CERTAIN you want to keep what you buy. I bought 2 expensive light bars for the bathroom and when the electrician came to install them it turns out the switch was the problem, not the lights. I tried to return them but NOWAY. All they do is issue a credit — and it’s only good for 6MONTHS. The«no returns» message is printed on the receipt, but that’s AFTER you buy it. The sales person DIDNOT say a single thing about this policy before, while or after I bought them… and when we went back to return it, she LIED and told her manager that she had told me all about it. Not true. The manager didn’t even want to give the store credit since the box was opened. THISWASNOT A PLEASANTEXPERIENCEANDITSEEMSALLTHEYWANTISTOKEEPTHEMONEY. CUSTOMERSERVICEISNOT A PRIORITYHERE. After going to big box stores, searching around town for apx. a year, I was fed up. I went on line, researched the kind of fixture for my breakfast room I wanted, then printed the pictures and marched out the door with a list of Houston lighting stores in hand. Our first stop, Lighting Plus, was a winner. Immediately upon entering, we were greeted, asked if we needed assistance. I showed the salesman my pictures, and he immediately directed me to the exact fixture I was looking for. Not only that, it was apx. $ 55 cheaper than the on-line store, and no S&H charges. I cannot complain about the service. Parking was right outside the front door. The store is just south of Westheimer, on the east side of the street. Support local.
