When I decided that I was in the market for an engagement ring, purchasing from Ledeen Diamond Co. was an easy choice. I have known Natalie Ledeen for about eight years, and I completely trusted her on every detail from selecting the diamond to shipping the ring ahead of schedule.
Out of curiosity and as points of reference, I browsed at other brick and mortar and online retailers. In terms of service, Ledeen Diamond far surpassed what I would have received from a store or online retailer. Over the course of about six weeks, Natalie and I spent hours discussing exactly what I wanted. She spent many, many more hours searching for the perfect diamond. The process was made relatively easy by the fact that Natalie is very knowledgeable regarding the intricacies of diamonds and the design of engagement rings. She happily answered all of my questions regarding the smallest details, even though I asked her too many questions. I also had the pleasure of meeting with her father, Avner, in Houston to view potential diamonds and discuss the purchase.
One of the most important things to me was to purchase the ring from a trusted, reputable retailer who would be honest and fair throughout the process and stand behind the purchase. The price ended up being less than I would have paid from a brick and mortar retailer and comparable to what I would have paid online. The key differences from purchasing online were that I had a diamond expert that I trusted searching for and inspecting potential diamonds, and, to the extent that I might need service after the purchase, buying from Natalie meant that the relationship wasn’t over after the money was wired.
Even after the purchase, Natalie assisted in a variety of other ways, including providing guidance on insurance and re-​sizing the ring (my mistake) after the proposal for no charge. Most importantly, even though Natalie and I planned the smallest details of the ring, the ring ended up being better than I thought it would be. And the fiancée said the same thing, which actually is the most important thing. I highly recommend Ledeen Diamond, and I will return to them for my future important jewelry purchases.

I had received a pair of diamond studs a few years ago that Natalie had made, and knew that after that experience we knew that when the time was right we would definitely trust her expertise in creating the perfect engagement ring.
While one of us wanted a traditional white diamond (me) the other wanted something more unique, while still being classic (him). Natalie worked with both of us and both of our ideas to create the perfect ring While iffy at the thought of not having a «traditional» engagement ring, I am beyond thrilled over how it turned out– and even included the little details I was so adamant about (thin, but not too thin of a band, specific prongs, etc.) Through many phone calls, emails, and meetings, she never lost her patience with us and has been a joy to work with!
I am looking forward to working with her to create my wedding band, and hopefully more pieces in the future!

I came to Natalie with an unusual request to reformat my original engagement ring into one that was of the same design but more sophisticated and fit my finger better after a less than stellar experience with my original jeweler a few years prior. I was stationed in Okinawa at the time and was wary about mailing the ring to a jeweler in the states whom I had never met. Natalie not only hand carried my ring back to the States with her, she was able to transform my wishes into a design that was even more perfect than I had first wanted. The ring she recreated for me is stunning and maintains the sentiment of the original ring given to me by my husband. She is incredibly kind, professional and creative, and I am so lucky to have found a friend through a this process as well. I never felt pressured into a sale or plan I wasn’t comfortable with, and the level of personalization and customer service we received was above and beyond. I fell in love with the ring the second I saw it and have never felt more glamorous!
