This location isn’t as great as the others but we love the selection for bfast and brunch!

This is possibly the best brunch restaurant I have ever been to. I have been to several and there are none that have lived up to my expectations until now. When I came in, I was greeted by the nicest host who walked us to our table. Within a minute a waitress took our order for drinks. Very quickly our drinks arrived and she awaited our meal order. Unsure of what to get I asked for recommendations. She was very helpful and I placed my order. The order came out quickly and accurately. The baked potato soup is phenomenal and I highly recommend it. I will come here whenever it is open.

I haven’t been to this location in a long time. Not much has changed inside. It’s still comfortable seating with tables far enough apart you’re not«instant family» with the folks at the next table. There is no annoying music, and the noise level is low, making for comfortable conversation. The service was excellent. When you order coffee, a carafe is brought to your table so no annoying waits for the server or bus boy. Also, they leave a water pitcher so you can do your own refills. Another good thing. I had a feta omelette, which comes with a choice of grits, muffin, English muffin, or toast. One thing I didn’t notice on the table was the mandatory small packets of jam. It, also, came with a fresh fruit cup. All in all, it was more than I could eat. Service was excellent. It’s in a strip center, and usually parking is readily available. Solid choice — not exciting, just solid.

This has to be my favorite breakfast place so far. I love that their menu has a lot of options but not too many to the point you feel overwhelmed and don’t know what to choose. Taste: My favorite thing to eat for breakfast is skillets, so if you see any breakfast reviews from me its usually based on how good a breakfast places skillet is. The skillet at Le Peep is great because the breakfast potatoes are seasoned well and not undercooked, the turkey sausage(i don’t eat pork) isn’t too bad, the eggs are cooked however you like them. The only thing you need to add to the skillet is avocado and salsa. After you add those two things the skillet is a perfect and hearty meal. I also had the Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal and its addicting, you’ll want more. Also they have fresh squeezed Orange that perfectly complements the rest of your breakfast Price: Very fair pricing for what you get. Service: They were a little slow but once they got your order they made sure everything is to your liking.

The Houstonian is my favorite entrée. You get everything in one skillet.

It’s okay. They serve fake eggs, and the French toast and pancakes always look burnt.

The urinal cakes in the men’s room smell like the bubblegum you got in a pack of baseball cards.

My family and I have breakfast here a lot! The service and food is always great. We are always greeted coming in and going out. I highly recommend this location for breakfast or lunch.

This place is a good place to get an American breakfast. It offers classic options such as eggs benedict, omelettes, and waffles. It isn’t the best option for a light meal but would be better suited for heartier meals. Our waitress was very helpful and kind. She asked for our needs(refills, sauces, napkins, etc.) but did not check up on us as the meal progressed. This was probably due to the fact that she was having her lunch break at the time. Other than that, she was very accommodating. The ambience is unsuited for those looking for a modern and visually pleasant environment. It is casual and inviting, but the interior decorations are a bit outdated and garish.

Went there for the first time for lunch. I had the California Club. It was really good and pretty large. I could only eat half. The atmosphere reminds me being at my grandmother’s. Everything is pretty outdated but is clean and still serves its purpose. Just solely based on how it looks from the outside, I would have never guessed it to look the polar opposite on the inside. It’s a very casual outdated atmosphere but not too bad. The service was good. My only complaint is that I could hear the employees in the back cussing and cutting up. I wasn’t the only one to hear them. But it didn’t seem to phase other employees. That was disappointing being that I was hoping to suggest going there with my boss and coworkers. It was just too loud and raunchy back there to take the risk. Example: a male could be heard loud and clear dropping the MF bomb. Again… rather disappointing. It could have just been a one time thing, but I doubt it being that the other employees didn’t seem bothered by it all.

If I could give 0 stars, I definitely would. My boyfriend was craving breakfast for lunch & since I had never tried Le Peep before, he wanted to take me. We park with still time to spare before Le Peep actually closed, but as soon as we walk in, we’re not greeted properly. We tell the guy at the front that we’d like a table for two, and he dares to reply back with«we’re closed. We close at 2:30 everyday.» Excuse me sir, last I checked, my clock did NOT say 2:30, therefore you are still open. What kind of business closes before they’re listed to close and turns away customers who came to dine before closing?! Sorry sir and sorry Le Peep, but I will never be back to try your food.

You can go literally anywhere else and get better food and service so please don’t waste your time. I came in at 730AM after a night shift and there were 2 other patrons but lots of staff. The hostess was very friendly and sat me down right away. 5 minutes later still no sign from my waiter so the hostess actually brought my coffee and water. When the server finally showed up, he questioned my order but failed to answer my questions about how much a side of bacon would be and if I could get a half order of French toast. I did get my food relatively quickly but again there weren’t really any other customers. I don’t believe I have ever had blander food in my life. The French toast had no taste. The apples i got were mostly syrup. There was barely any cheese in my eggs. And the bacon was fried to within an inch of its life. On top of that, the waiter didn’t come back until I was nearly ready to leave to ask if I needed my coffee refilled or how the food was and I had to ask the hostess for my check as he took so long. The only good thing about this place was the that the portions were large. Take your business somewhere else. You’ll get better food and much better service.

I came here for brunch on one Sunday with my boyfriend at the time. Atmosphere: smelly, humid, and cramped with servers in a fluster running around. It took 30 minutes to get sat, and the waiting area is basically a window sill and a tiny bench, so be prepared to stand and wait if there is one. Once we were sat I pulled up the gluten-free menu online, but was informed by the server that they don’t have ANY gluten-free options. Although disappointed that their website had steered me wrong, I knew that eggs, bacon and fruit were all gluten free so I just ordered a cheese and bacon omelette with hash potatoes and fruit. Food: The coffee(which wasn’t free) was ABSOLUTELYTHEWORSTCOFFEEIVEEVERHAD. I’m talking like motel-worthy crappy coffee. It blows my mind that a place that is known for being a brunch place has such crappy coffee. The food was mediocre and something I could have easily made for 1⁄3 of the price at home. Overall, it was a huge disappointment and not worth the wait or the time. Other locations in Dallas and other cities apparently have a more extensive gluten-free menu with GF pancakes and whatnot, so I may try another location before I write all Le Peeps off.

Great neighborhood restaurant. Friendly service, homemade food, and great prices! I recommend the Pecan coffee, buck wheat pancakes, hash browns and fresh squeezed OJ. My wife always gets the breakfast tacos. Tough place to beat for breakfast.

I had a great brunch here. Their menu has a very wide selection of items whether your are in the mood for breakfast or lunch(pancakes, oatmeal, pastas, burgers, etc). I had a southwest egg scramble with potatoes and a raisin English muffin. It was delicious! We also received our food fairly quickly. There is plenty of parking in the adjacent lot.

We were seated & served promptly by a very cheerful lady. The pancakes were nice and fluffy, the eggs cooked perfectly and the bacon that nice balance of crisp to meaty. The omelets were wonderful. I have always like that they bring a carafe of whatever drink one orders to the table so one doesn’t have to wait for refills. The prices are very reasonable. A real step up from Denny’s or I-hop, this is a nice place for a traditional breakfast.

I am seriously obsessed with this place. As I said in my review of the Westheimer/Galleria location, I like this place better. I feel like the staff here is a tad friendlier and better quality of food. As with the other location, it gets packed on the weekend due to the breakfast/brunch crowd. I really crave the oatmeal several times a week. Pancakes as big as your face. Just overall good food.

Foods good and the service at this location is spectacular. You can tell there’s genuine«how are you’s?» And the friendliest smiles. We stopped by on a whim on a Saturday morning around 9, no wait.

Aka LEPOOP! Is what goes down if you order whole wheat pancakes and a pot of coffee! However the taste of the food gets big points. Always satisfying. Non the less the waitstaff is always really attentive and nice. Price of coffee needs to come down, over priced– along with the rest of the breakfast menu. Note a cup of coffee and a plate is gonna cost 1 person about $ 15 dollars, including tip. Venue is lacking aesthetically(although is clean) feels like you are eating at your grand mothers house. FYI: when they say they close at 230 that’s means 215 apparently.

Good and cheap brunch. Not out of this world but it’s reliable and yummy. I love their granola pancakes. Omelets are fluffy and yummy home fries. The coffee is good too. Silverware and cups tend to be a little grimy. Check them before use!
