I have been a client at this Lash location and purchased over $ 1500 worth of packages in 2014 to refill my eye lashes extensions every 2 weeks. Since Lina took over management in Oct 2014, she fired all of their experienced lash technicians and started doing all of the lash appointments herself. As a result, my appointments with her have been delayed for 45 min from start time and go on for 2 hours instead of 1 hr. The Lash Studio now is an empty establishment with no technicians. She has no customer service or scheduling skills to retain past loyal customers so I have taken my business elsewhere.

This was my first visit to LASH, and I was impressed. The décor was beautiful, my treatment room was relaxing, and my technician was professional. Even the bathroom was welcoming. My table was topped with luxurious bedding and probably memory foam underneath, so it was very comfortable. I fell asleep during the treatment session. Be was my lash technician, and she did a super job. I asked for short lashes because I don’t like fake-looking lashes that are too long. Be fulfilled my request exactly. One more thing… their Xtreme glide eyeliner is the best I’ve ever used.

I look at these reviews and am a little in shock. I’ll start from my first visit. A girl named Kandace did my very first set, I didn’t like them much. My first refill was done by Sophia(she’s gone now), I loved it. When Sophia did my lashes that’s when I started making them a habit. Then she left. Now Lisa does my lashes. She’s really nice and I STILL love my lashes. She also doesn’t shove products down my throat to buy(gotta love that). I’m giving names so you know who to ask for. The interior of the store is clean. My 2 week refills cost $ 50. Hope my review helps!

I really don’t like writing bad reviews but here’s my review. I went here for the first time on yesterday on a $ 99 Groupon. The décor is really pretty, the restroom was clean, the receptionist and lash artist were pretty friendly. This was not my first time getting lashes but it was my first time getting lash extensions. It took a about an hr and a half to finish, considering the fact that my eyes twitch I guess the timing was pretty good. They look natural as I requested but whatever products used is making my left eye very irritated. I sent in my car about 15 mins afterwards trying to let the eye irritation to go away before I started driving. The lash artist did put some eye drops in my eye and it helped a little but from the time I left until now my eye is still irritated. When I woke up it hurt to open my left eye! I’ve have had the clusters and strips before, as much as these extensions look more natural and cost 3 times as much, I’ve never had red irritated eyes with the lash clusters. Also, they recommended that I didn’t take a shower or bath for 24 hrs so that my lashes would last longer… I’ve never heard of that in my life! If they had told me this before I got the lashes done I’m pretty sure I would have decline. I’m not a person that’s gets easily offended but the lash artist also told me that the next time I come to make sure I have a drink before hand so my eyes can relax because my eyes twitching make her nervous. Well, well, well… Smh, I’ve never had a lash artist tell me anything like this. They just do the lashes and keep it moving because that’s what professionals do. For the record I’ve never drank alcohol a day in my life and I won’t start now just to get lash extensions. Lol. I wasn’t mad at her for her comments but to say that to a customer is a little untactful, especially a new customer. This was not my idea first experience for lash extensions. I don’t have plans on going back for a refill. How do I get rid of this irritated eye??? I went by the location today to show them my eye but they are closed on Sundays.

I have been getting my eyelashes done for 6 years been to various places all over Houston and NYC and never have It took 3 hours to do a full set and then there was a huge gap you think after 3 hours it would be perfect! Then she blamed it on me saying my eyes were watering, no other lash stylist had that problem with me in the past and yes I am sure after laying there for 3 hours it would start to water. They also were out of the size lashes I normally get. The lash stylist said there was a gap and said do you have somewhere to be? I said yeah because I have been there 3 hours already and she said well you can just come back for a refill. Why should I pay for another service when you didn’t finish this service? Not a good experience will never go back!

I didn’t have a positive experience here. I saw a «Master» Lash Stylist for extensions. She did not consult with me about how I wanted the lashes done. She showed me one picture on a phone and asked if I wanted it like that, I said that I wanted them shorter, she said«ok short», then I asked what different lengths they have and her response was just«we have many different lengths» without offering to show me ANYTHING to have some idea what she was talking about. So she said she would just put«Medium» length, which ended up being way longer than what I wanted and looks totally unnatural. Not only that, but she filled up one eye with plenty of lashes, while the other eye is totally sparse(nothing has fallen out yet; this was just done today — it’s how SHE did it). I tried brushing them to fill things out, but there just aren’t enough extensions on one eye and it looks completely goofy compared to the other one. On top of that, she neglected to do the paraffin hand treatment that’s supposed to be complimentary with every lash service. After applying the lashes, she used a handheld fan to dry them and was so careless, she actually hit my nose with the fan THREE times(not just a light tap but an actual stop-the-fan mash). As I was leaving, she grabbed a couple items off the shelf and shoved them in my hands, insisting that I need them for after-care. She was so fast about it, I actually had to stop her like«whoa whoa whoa, what does all this cost?» Of course it was outrageously priced, so I put it all back on the shelf and found her method of «selling» quite unprofessional. It was all-around a bad experience, and I can’t believe she’s considered a «Master».
